Question 4:
I am not aware of any law enforcement representatives being present during the flight referenced
in questions 2 & 3. There was a much greater presence of law enforcement personnel Chan we had
been accustomed to during that period but not specifically during that flight or for that flight The
only other presence of security personnel that I am aware of was for another aircraft that was
parked on the Terminal ramp for the entire week.
Question 5:
I do believe from our records that the N Numberfa/c registration number) in question is 32HJ.
Question 6:
TAG air likely provided guidance to a parking spot and fueling services to the aircraft in question.
Beyond that, my recollection is that the aircraft departed within a few hours. Once again, this is
from memory and without records to substantiate.
Mr. Marcus, if I can be of further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact me. I may be
reached at 870-772-0077 or via e-mail at dwalsh@tacair.com.

• A chartered flight with seven people, including
a Saudi prince, arriving from Tampa, Florida
on or about September 13, 2001 .
Today, I spoke on the telephone with Mr. Walsh. At first we discussed TAG AIR's
response to our QFR to them on the Tampa/Lexington flight. However, during the course
of our conversation, he stated that he was at the airport that day and saw the Tampa flight
arrive in Lexington. He said he remembered there being 3 "Arabs" and two "Anglos" on
board. Once I learned that he was a witness, I asked him several more questions.
Walsh said he recalled several other flights that day, including some before the Tampa
flight arrived. He said that charter flights (Part 135) were flying as were commercial
flights (Part 121) when the Tampa flight arrived. However, he said that general aviation
flights (Part 91) were blocked. He knew this because he had a flight of a UAE "Head of
State" that was prevented from departing for several days by this stop on all Part 91
carriers.
Walsh said that there were 52 airplanes stuck in Lexington on 9/11 by the closure of the
National Airspace. He recalled that on 9/13, there were more airplanes departing
Lexington than there were airplanes arriving. He said he thought most of the arriving
flights were the charter (Part 135) flights, and that the Lear Jet from Tampa was one of
those.
Walsh said that TAG AIR's records were not good for 9/13, that they did not write down
all the flights that he remembered flew that day in the post-9/11 chaos. He referred to
this as the "stroke sheet." Walsh said he would fax to us the sheet of the refueling
records, which he did. It shows a flight with tail number "32HJ" that was refueled at
6:15 or 6:45 p.m., the record is hard to read.
