REPLENISHMENT EXECUTIVE

JOB TITLE : Replenishment Executive

COMPANY : Service Sales Corporation (Pvt) Ltd.
LOCATION : Servis Head Office
PURPOSE : Purpose of this document is to lay down details of responsibilities
and assignments that constitute Job Description of Replenishment
Executive.
SCOPE : Applicable to anyone appointed for this position.
FUNCTION : Supply Chain
REPORTING TO : Replenishment Manager

CONCEPT OF RESPONSIBILITIES

To manage the dispatches of stocks with accurate replenishment as per company replenishment
systems and procedures. Product Knowledge and all necessary documentation for smooth
replenishment.

Goal Achievement
1. Exercise all necessary actions involved in ensuring availability of required stocks at all stores
/Depots.

As Team Member
1. Co-ordinate with warehouse manager & logistics manager for execution of “Dispatch Plans”
for shipments.
2. To involve in planning of efficient operations of supply chain and achieving departmental
objectives and goals.

Functional Management
1. Tracking and expediting orders by working on system to ensure goods are shipping on time
and lead-times are correct and accurate.
2. Plan on a daily basis for shipment of Product to the Stores/Depots as per the specified levels.
3. Daily review and analysis of store needs: Push extra product needed based on sales, adjust
replenishment levels as needed, suggest stock balancing
4. Ensure a proper Store/Depot allocation.
5. For new products set proper Stock standards plan at Store/Depot level and allocate properly.
6. Set Store/Depot wise Stock standards at SKU level.
7. While working with DC ensure goods are flowing on proper tracks.
8. Additional special projects and reporting as needed.
9. Bring to the immediate attention of the Replenishment Manager in respect of daily targets, &
the action required in order to meet the target.

KNOWLEDGE
REQUIREMENTS : Master preferably MBA with good command over IT.

SKILLS : Excellent written and oral communication High computer

proficiency

EXPERIENCE : No prior experience is required.

PERSONALITY : A learning attitude with the ability to work hard and take
initiatives. A sociable personality with the ability to develop
relations with all levels of the organization.
