INTRODUCCION Las cooperativas de economa solidaria en el pas, nos llevan a la historia en sus inicios cuando las necesidades apremiantes de muchos trabajadores, obreros, gente del comn vieron la necesidad de asociarse buscando fines como la ayuda mutua, se convencieron que la cooperativa era una empresa y ellos como socios sus dueos, descubrieron como repartir sus excedentes no en funcin del dinero sino con las operaciones que cada uno hiciera en la cooperativa; como vemos en la actualidad hemos crecido y ampliado los conocimientos, principios, valores que deben cumplir las cooperativas y as mismo sus asociados para contribuir con ello al engrandecimiento y surgimiento personal; ahora sabemos muy claramente que todo asociado tiene derechos y deberes para con la cooperativa y los dems asociados, que al ser cumplidos por cada uno de sus afiliados llevan a que las cooperativas sean cada vez mas grandes y eficaces en el pas. Los asociados como propietarios gestores son las personas ms importantes ya que participan en el desarrollo y crecimiento de la cooperativa, hacindola una entidad solida rentable; generando bienestar, tanto en lo social, econmico, cultural a todos sus asociados.

EL COOPERATIVISMO Y SU EFICAZ FUNCIN Cooperativas existen muchas formas de abordar su historia; unos colocan sus personajes por encima de los acontecimientos, otros dicen que la historia es producto de la espontaneidad, otros que es producto del medio ambiente, otros que es a partir de las fuerzas productivas. Lo que podemos ver es que las cooperativas nacieron a partir de las necesidades de la clase obrera buscando solucin a sus grandes problemas. Los centros industriales trataron de conformar cooperativas, algunas surgieron, otras quebraron por que no cumplieron con el objetivo, no haba COMPROMISO, haba muchos desconocimiento sobre su administracin, manejo, distribucin de excedentes; pero las que lograron surgir nos mostraron que una buena administracin con el aprecio a la empresa por ser todos propietarios, sin esperar que unos solos se lucraran sino habiendo una buena distribucin de sus excedentes y por qu entre todos lograron crear normas de manejo lo que llevo a que las organizaciones llamadas cooperativas fueran modelos a nivel nacional y mundial. En Colombia se han creado muchas cooperativas y en este momento funcionan como empresas privadas de derecho cooperativo con carcter multiactivo, sin nimo de lucro, con responsabilidad limitada con asociados y capital variable e ilimitado, regulan sus actividades. Las cooperativas tienen unos principios que si los analizamos son la esencia de estas organizaciones y tienen como regla de oro la EDUCACIN y CAPACITACIN. Fundamentalmente son organizaciones de la comunidad y en las que la preocupacin por ella son su razn de ser. En cuanto a sus asociados estos utilizan sus servicios y aceptan sus responsabilidades, participan en la definicin de la poltica y toma de decisiones. Todos los asociados tiene derecho al voto, un socio un voto; los asociados contribuyen de manera equitativa y controlan democrticamente el capital de la cooperativa ya que son autnomas de ayuda mutua y controladas por sus miembros, socios. Las cooperativas y sus asociados tienen VALORES que cumplir como son la auto ayuda sea ayudarnos entre nosotros mismos, ser democrticos, tener un libre principio de afiliacin, gestin, control, el sistema cooperativo no podr ser un sector de la economa nacional ni asegurar su FUTURO.

CONCLUSIONES Como conclusin podemos decir que las asociaciones cooperativas se rigen mediante las ms limpias y depuradas normas democrticas: Libre manifestacin de la voluntad de cada persona con igual valor a la de los dems; un hombre, un voto con absoluta independencia del capital, ya que este es servidor y nunca amo; y autonoma frente al Estado, con las nicas limitaciones que la moral y la ley imponen para proteger los intereses de la comunidad.

INTRODUCTION Cooperatives solidarity economy in the country, we take the story in the beginning when the pressing needs of many workers, workers, ordinary people saw the need to partner and looking for mutual aid, became convinced that the cooperative was a company them as partners and owners, discovered how to allocate their surplus money not according to the operations but everyone did in the cooperative, as we see today we have grown and expanded knowledge, principles, values and cooperatives must meet likewise partners to contribute to the enhancement and thus emergence staff, we now know very clearly that any member has rights and duties to the cooperative and other partners, to be met by each of its members carried that cooperatives are increasingly large and effective in the country. Partners as owners managers are the most important people already involved in the development and growth of the cooperative, making a solid entity profitable, generating welfare, both in the social, economic, cultural all its partners.

COOPERATIVE AND EFFECTIVE ROLE

Cooperatives are many ways to approach your story; few characters placed above events, others say that history is the product of spontaneity, is another product of the environment, other than it is from the productive forces. What we see is that cooperatives were born from the needs of the working class looking great solution to your problems. The industrial centers tried to form cooperatives, some emerged, others broke that did not meet the goal, there was no commitment, there were many ignorance of his administration, management, distribution of surpluses, but they managed to emerge showed us that good administration appreciation to the company for being all owners, not expecting lucraran solos but is having a good distribution of surpluses and why among all succeeded in creating management standards which led to calls cooperative organizations were national models and world. In Colombia, many cooperatives have been created and now operate as private companies as a matter of law cooperative multi-active, non-profit, partners with limited liability and unlimited variable capital, regulate their activities. Cooperatives have principles that if we analyze are the essence of these organizations and have the golden rule of education and training. Fundamentally are community organizations and where concerns about it are its reason for being. As partners they use their services and accept their responsibilities, participating in the definition of policy and decision making. All partners have the right to vote, one member, one vote; partners contribute equitably and democratically control the capital of the autonomous cooperative and are mutual aid and controlled by its members, partners. Cooperatives and its partners have values such as self-fulfilling bone helps them help each other, be democratic, have a free membership principle, management, control, the cooperative system may not be a sector of the national economy and secure its future.

CONCLUSIONS In conclusion we can say that cooperative associations are governed by the cleanest and refined democratic norms: Free expression of the will of each person with equal value to that of the other, a man, one vote capital completely independent, since this is server and never love, and autonomy from the state, with the only limitations that morality and the law imposed to protect the interests of the community.
