Small Tsu
The small changes the way we say a word. Instead of being even on every syllable, there
is a small jump in the word. When it is written, the small doubles the next letter always
a consonant. For example; yokatta is written and is written hoppe.

The small is written half the size of a standard character, the same way the in
combined sounds. Remember to write it smaller, so that it is not mistaken for a normal .
