Destructive Attribute MSA (Measurement System Analysis)

I would like to have some information from a collegua who has done a destructive atrributive measurement system analysis. I've used the search function, but this was not helping me. Maybe someone has done a similar study. I know the normal attributive study and a destructive study when you can measure something. But wath about a destructive atrributive measurement system. Example : operator has to to a test and afterwards he has to check the sample visual to decide it is OK or NOK. Thanks in advance. :bigwave:

You might want to take a look at How to conduct destructive measurement system analysis (MSA). It's an old, rather short thread, but has some useful info. Here are some exciting discussion threads related to Destructive Testing. Don't hesitate to ask if you have more specific questions.

Thanks for your reaction. Yes I did check them. But it is about a normal destruction study so you have variable data or it is about a normal attributive study where you can judge the same sample more then once. i'm looking for the combination.

Destructive Attribute MSA (Measurement System Analysis)

substantially after the destruct test you can simply perform the visual MSA as you normally would. collect the appropriate number of parts, good, bad and marginal, randomly present the parts to the inspector(s) twice and perform the calculations...
