Each school will connect via the Virtual Meeting Rooms (VMRs) e.g. dial 101010 e.g. Connect 1 Newman Siena Centre). Point-to-Point dial-up, using IP addresses is not available currently.

WHEN YOU ARE SATISFIED WITH THE COMPOSITION OF THE IMAGE, PRESS AND HOLD A NUMERIC PRESET BUTTON UNTIL PRESET STORED APPEARS ON THE SCREEN.

Emergency situation where the Polycom System needs rebooting (should be very rare) - Hold the button with the blue light down until it flashes orange on the PC box behind the TVs. When the light stops flashing, press the button to restart the system wait 4-5 minutes for the system to reboot.

Technical Information

Standard Definition (11 up to 27 active sessions) and High Definition (11 active session). SD- 348K or HD-512k bandwidth, which determines the quality of the resolution.
