Kendall Herbert

Kendall completed her Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) after graduating from the Bachelor of Psychological Science and Business at Monash University. She has now commenced her PhD with Monash Universitys Department of Management. Following from her Honours year, her proposed thesis will look at shared leadership in culturally diverse global virtual teams. She hopes her experience in study and work will provide her with the necessary skills and qualications for a bright future in academia and consulting.

Monash Universitys Department of Management is one of the largest of its kind in the Asia-Pacic region, with more than 80 academic staff teaching across our campuses. Our courses are taught by leading experts in the eld, with a focus on key issues, such as globalisation, international business, ethics and sustainability. Monash offers a range of options for students interested in studying management or related subjects. We offer majors in human resource management and management as part of our Bachelor of Business degrees, as well as a management studies major as part of our Bachelor of Commerce degrees.
Grace Kingsford
Bachelor of Commerce (Management major) (2012)
After completing her Bachelor of Commerce in 2012, Grace secured a position as a Marketing Manager within the healthcare sector. She has found the challenge of working with senior executives within a dynamic group environment stimulating and rewarding. As well as studying for her degree, Grace was a member of Monash Universitys Business and Commerce Students Society and the Monash Marketing Students Society.

Lauren Solly
Bachelor of Business (Human Resource Management major) (2012)
Lauren began her studies at Monash after completing two years studying Psychology and Criminology at Melbourne University. She was attracted to Monashs Bachelor of Business degree, as it provided the exibility to complete her psychology major as well as embark on a major in human resource management. During her course, Lauren gained a full-time HR role with GM Holden. This allowed her to continue her studies part-time while gaining invaluable HR experience. After graduating from Monash, Lauren accepted a graduate role in the HR department at Telstra.
