THE EVOLUTION
This range has been developed directly from other successful machines built by Webster &
Bennett over many years. Updated technologies provide simpler and more reliable design
solutions with the additional benefits of lower cost together with improved performance.
This is the most cost/price effective combination in the market Evolution R72R with live ram, positioning Evolution R48R with live ram and
C axis positioning C axis
• Modular construction allows a wide range of specifications with 2, 2.5 or full 3 axis
capability, plus 2nd ram options and swivelling grinding rams.
• Turning capacities from 800mm to 2500mm and component heights from 600mm to
2000mm
• High speed or high torque table drive options - 37kw (2 x 37kw for full C axis machines)
• Forged steel rams for turning, milling and drilling – 200mm square, traverses to 1400rpm

THE REVELATION
This range has been developed from the Evolution 2PB models to provide a very heavy
duty, precise model capable of handling up to 140kw turning power. In C axis mode up to
2 x 100kw drives can be used
• Single column models provide turning capacities up to 2800mm diameter, with
component height capacities up to 2800mm
• Double column models provide turning capacities up to 5000mm diameter, with
component height capacities up to 5000mm

• Forged steel rams for turning, milling and drilling Turning, drilling, rotary contour milling, CNC swivelling grinding ram – available 06/06
• Single column machines - ram is 250mm square, 1000 -1500mm traverse options
