(IETM). Managed the EFV Logistics Management Information (LMI/LSA) effort. Conducted and supervised task analysis and authoring of the EFV maintenance plan and maintenance sections of the EFV IETM. Maintained excellent cost and schedule compliance. Drafted policies and ensured compliance with Total Asset Visibility, item unique identifiers (IUID), and radio frequency identification (RFID) requirements. Prepared and conducted programmatic and budget briefings at all levels. Planned and executed on-site the delivery, deprocessing, and issue of the M1A1 and all of its associated equipment to combat units in Saudi Arabia six months ahead of the planned schedule, using the Total Package Fielding concept. Following Desert Storm, planned and conducted the retrograde of equipment and the continued TPF process for remaining tank units in the US. Served in leadership positions at all levels, and staff positions at Marine Corps Headquarters where planned, budgeted, organized, and managed the training for all new Marine Corps ground equipment. This included the M1A1 tank, infantry weapons, engineer equipment (including mines and line charges), motor transport equipment, and several variants of the Light Armored Vehicle.
