Page The Goal Progression Log (GPL)

One of our most popular tools is called the Goal Progression Log (GPL) it is part of the Accountability Toolset. The GPL is a training method that improves athletes will-power, discipline, accountability and productivity. The way it works is; an athlete submits daily/weekly reports about what specific steps they took to make their goal a reality. Coaches, teammates, teachers family and other supporters will be able to see if the athlete submitted their reports late, on-time or not at all. They will also be able to see detailed statistics that show if their athlete accomplished their weekly milestones. The GPL compiles weekly reports into charts and graphs that make it easy to see exactly where their strengths are as well as what needs improvement. To use the Goal Progression Log: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. Choose a goal to accomplish Log-in to RosterRecharge and click Create a new Goal Log Fill in the Initial Information (goal description, completion date, strategies etc) Fields: Add some Tasks (things that will help the athlete accomplish the goal) Fields: Add some Unproductives (things to avoid) Fields: Add some Ratings (things that can be rated from 1 10) Fields: Add some Weekly Questions (relevant to the goals completion) Fields: Add some Monthly Questions (relevant to the goals completion) Below is an example of the grid that gets fill out each day Goal: Become a better Student-Athlete

For this example, lets pretend it is Sunday. Tasks: The athlete would ask himself; Did I study today? Did I read something motivational today? How many times did I stretch today? Did I do a set of 100 pushups? How many 50 yard sprints did I complete? UnProductives: Since there is no School on Sunday, he would enter 0 in the Late to Class box. For the Ratings, he would ask; On a scale of 1 10, how productive was I today? On a scale of 1 10, how much did I procrastinate? How organized was I? How much effort did I exert today? Next the athlete would answer their open-ended Weekly Questions. Everything the athlete inputs is private, only Coaches and approved Accountability Partners will be able to see the athletes Goal Progression Log.

Coaches are BUSY! We completely understand that. Our AutoPilot program allows you to receive all the benefits of our Goal Progression Log without adding any time constraints or tasks to your schedule. We accomplished this by creating a take-home orientation (which the athletes complete on their own) that: a. b. c. d. Shows athletes how to use the Goal Progression Log to improve their academic and athletic development Gets parents/household more involved, consistent and effective in their athletes progression Helps athletes break bad habits while creating new productive ones Teaches athletes how to build a support system around their specific goals

After the take-home orientation, the athlete and their parent will be able to self-manage themselves to success. Once you pass out the AutoPilot registration sheet, no further interaction or instruction is needed from coaches. If you and your coaching staff want to get more involved, RosterRecharge has 21 tools made to assist you. Knowledge from over 100 years of sports-psychology and behavioral-science research is the backbone of AutoPilots creation.

Page Accountability Partner Support System Web

Above is an Accountability Partner Support System Web. This is what the AutoPilot take-home orientation will help your athletes build. All these people (except 2nd and 3rd) will have access to the athletes Goal Progression Log reports and statistics. Athletes will be motivated to regularly submit their reports so they dont disappoint their support system. In addition, we have many strategic partnerships that give athletes more reasons to build a large support system and stay diligent. AutoPilot athletes will be able to receive:
A. B. C. D. personalized video messages from athletes in the NFL, MLB, NBA, MLS, NHL, WNBA and other pro leagues tickets to professional sports events/games gear from brands like Nike, Under Armour, Reebok, Wilson and Adidas memorabilia like letterman patches, plaques, medals and tags

While these incentives are awesome, we want athletes main motivation to come from their understanding of what the Goal Progression Log does. Most student-athletes are not stopping to evaluate the daily amount of effort they put into accomplishing their academic goals, athletic goals, character goals or future goals. In fact, according to Dr. Dave Kohl, 80% of Americans dont even have goals! Some athletes may only submit weekly reports until the incentives run out, but imagine what could happen if an athlete adopted this program and turned it into a lifestyle. A support system is defined as, a network of people who provide an individual with practical, emotional and sometimes financial support. Too many kids grow up without support or stability and feel that no one cares for them. Unfortunately, those who do care (relatives/family friends) seem absent because they simply never see an opportunity to be a positive influence. This is the opportunity! AutoPilot aims to open the lines of communication and connect athletes to their family in a new and meaningful way. The strengthened support system your athlete builds will likely last for many years to come.

The two red boxes near the top of the page represent your teams advertising slots. These advertising slots are displaying the Adobe Flash logo because they support gif, swf and other animation types. This means the advertisments can move, change, be clicked on, switch, animate and play video. This is premium advertising real-estate because coaches, athletes, parents, supporters and fans will all be coming to this page on a weekly if not daily basis. They must come through this page to update their daily entries, submit their weekly reports, submit monthly reports, view their accountability partners statistics and any other function that uses the Goal Progression Log.

The team is using our software to increase their accountability, productivity and unity. They are doing this by submitting detailed weekly reports about what steps they took to make their dream a reality. More importantly, each athlete is building a deep network of supporters (family, friends, rivals, fans etc) who will have access to the athletes weekly reports. These supporters will also have the option to track their own goals using our Goal Progression Log. Athletes who build large supporter networks will be able to receive personalized videos from pro athletes, tickets to pro games/events and gear from brands like Nike, Reebok and Adidas. The RosterRecharge tools and materials could cost a team $4,000 - $7,000. They rely on the help of generous local sponsors to help them take full advantage of this opportunity.
