1. Sew the circle
Draw a circle on the middle back of the black
fabric (as tall as Jacks head should get). Place the
fronts of the black fabrics on each other. Now sew
the circle on both of them. (better pin it together
before sewing so it cant slip)
2. Cut the circle
Cut the circle like seen on the graphic. You have to
cut in this slices, so it wont bring up badly after
turning it.
3. Turn
Pull the fabric on the top through the hole,
then pull it all properly.
4. Iron
To not get wrinkles on your bag you should iron it.
You can also use double-sided adhesive
interfacing to get a better grip.
5. Put together
Now you lay your white fabric behind the black
one. Pin it together.
Striped
Striped marked parts
on the graphics are the
backsides of the fabrics.

6. Jacks face
Now put the print of Jacks face below the white
fabric exactly under the circle. Trace his face with
the fabric pencil on the white fabric.
If the fabric is to opaque hold it against a window
or a other light source.
7. Zipper
Put the front side with Jack on the front side of
the inner lining fabric. Then place the zipper
between them on the top like on the graphic with
the front of the zipper placed on Jacks side.
Sew it together.
8. Improve the zipper
Now turn it and sew it down next to the zipper
to make it look nicer. Its also better because the
fabric wont get into the zipper after you xed it.
9. Other side of
the zipper
Take the fabric for the back of your bag and put it
with its front side on the Jack side. And the front
sides of the inner lining also have to be facing
each other. Now sew the zipper like seen on the
graphic.

10. Zipper again
Now fold it like the graphic and sew the
other side of the zipper for a nicer nish.
11. Sew together
Now fold the inner lining fabrics and the outer
fabrics on front sides facing on each other.
Sew around all the fabrics but leave a hole on
one side of the inner lining. Dont forget to open
the zipper a bit.
12. Last stitches
Last but not least, turn it all through the hole
and the zipper.
Hand sew the hole and put the lining back in.
And youre done.
