The five concurrent trade shows saw over 400 exhibitors participating from 26 countries on a display area spanning over 5,346 sqm. - including official country pavilions from Germany, Italy, Taiwan, China and Korea.

HANNOVER MESSE is the renowned platform for innovation and the leading international trade fair for technology and innovation the benchmark for networking worldwide. Following the presence in Mumbai and Bangalore our 2012 event in New Delhi was the logical step to extend and strengthen the platform for networking across India.

Again the visitors had the opportunity to see the latest innovations for pneumatics and hydraulics at MDA. Various LIVE presentations within the LASER Technology section of the show brought a great experience of laser applications for manufacturing to the visitors. CeMAT the center of materials handling components and solutions has proven its strong position with wide array of solutions in demand in India. Industrial Automation connected key buyers with the latest trends within the area. Surface Technology shows-cased selected companies from each product category in the sector with the visitor welcoming the array of products displayed.

CEOs and Purchase Managers from major Indian companies were sourcing technology for their coming projects have proven that WIN INDIA 2012 is the right platform to network and establish connections to decision-makers. The amount of decision-makers visiting the show has been widely regarded and underlined strong position of the shows. Delegations made a strong impact at the exhibition. Important manufacturing hubs and key players were present. Gurgaon/Manesar was present with Maruti Suzuki and its vendors. The region of Faridabad was represented by the Chamber of Commerce. Oklha activated their factory owners to join the stream of visitors. Ghaziabad federation visited with their around 200 federal members. The demand for leading technology in India remains on a strong level. Despite recent worries of some players in the market, the interest in the products and deals that were signed at the show has real picture of the shape of the Indian economy. Trade fairs remain the platform for networking reducing the needs of travel to reach out to existing clients as well as showing the products to potential buyers. They also cater for the constant need for education of the market. The conference program with wellestablished Forums enriched by a first ever CEO Conclave and Purchase Manager Summit allowed further exchange and discussion on latest trends. The event was inaugaurated by the Ranajit Pratap Naraine Singh, Minister of State Home Affairs, Giacomo Sanfilice de Monteforte, Ambassador of the Italian Embassy, Dr. Jose B. Schulz, Minister Counsellor, Embassy of Federal Republic of Germany. Following the traditional Lamp Lighting Ceremony to bring success to the event the ribbon was cut to open the doors for the interested visitors.

SOUTH KOREA joined INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATION INDIA with 24 companies from the regions of Bucheon, Ulsan and Gyeongnam are presenting the latest technology in Industrial Automation Solutions from South Korea. ZVEI association of GERMANY organized a FORUM Energy Efficency for Process Automation with speakers of SIEMENS, ENDRESS & HAUSER, and FESTO as well as ZVEI.
The Forklift Training Area gave a great opportunity to learn and see in action best solutions and innovations the industry has to offer. Grey Orange Robotics Indias first step into robotic warehouse automation will launch the Butler System.
The robotic paint system presented by LacTec was a visitor magnet and showed cost effective and high quality application of liquid water-based paints. Helm Hellas - Niko linked synergies of CeMAT intralogisitics and surface technology with their paint line conveying systems. NGL Cleaning Technologies and DST-Kemi Degreez showed latest in cleaning and cleaning chemicals.
Sahanjanand Laser Technology presented latest laser cutting and marking technology. Massive attraction to the visitors was the life cutting presentation of ANGEL CAD & CAM with latest technology from America and Japan.

Fork Lift Driving and Maintenance Practical Master Class The new partner ThinkLink SCS, not just staged the Materials Handling Forum, but also the 4-day Master Class. This mixture of education and training gave young professional the opportunity to learn more in Driving and Maintenance sessions.
Material Handling Forum In walking distance from the training area the forum included a panel discussion on Rapid Replenishment, End-of-Line to Shipping Dock presentations, Cold Chain approaches and fork lift technology, as well as parts logistics. Laser Forum Following a round table discussion on the latest trends within the industry with all speakers, Coherent, Trumpf, Laser Science and Sahajanand Laser Technology presented latest solutions within laser manufacturing. MDA Forum Organised by VDMA (German Engineering Association) this 2 day Forum was right in the hard of MDA Section. Industrial Automation Forum Adding to the extensive coverage of Industrial automation the interested visitors could swing by the central forum to get an updated on the latest trends within the industry and efficiency in Process Automation. ZVEI had selected a group of leaders in the field for the educational session on day 4 of the show.

Networking Evening
On the same day of inauguration the exhibitor networking evening was hosted for the networking of the exhibitors amongst themselves at the venue in the Banquet hall of the India Expo Centre and Mart. During the celebration with food and drinks the highlight was the best stall award.
