INTERPRETATION: Any individual has a lots of choice of sector for the job but we have selected major sector such as, banking, insurance, automobile, communication, academic and retailing. Research shows that out of 100 respondent 25 wants to join an insurance as their interested area for job while, retail and banking having equal scope of interested of respondents. But communication and automobile is sector in which people are not much interested to work. From above chart, we can say that an insurance sector occupy vital place for attaining the job.

From the above table we can see that in rows i.e. frequency of their Preference to Various sectors calculated value is less than tabulated value i.e. Fc<Ft. so, the null hypothesis. i.e. there is no significant difference in various sectors is Accepted. It means that Respondents Are not Aware About various Sectors

For columns calculated value is 0.394548 <2.901295 tabulated value . In column i.e. Occupation of Women calculated value is less than tabulated value i.e. Fc<Ft. so the null hypothesis that there is no significant difference within the selected sample of respondents is accepted . It means that there is no significant difference between Occupation of Women And their Preference to Various Sectors.

INTERPRETATION: Above question was asked to know that are respondent ready to start their career with the insurance sector? The chart shows that only 30 respondents ready to start their journey in an insurance sector while 70 respondents refuse to start their career in insurance sector. There can be any reason for this result like other sector, lack of knowledge of working in insurance at starting phase of career, so that maximum number of people will not going to start their career in insurance sector.

The main purpose behind these whole research study was to evaluate the opportunity for women in an insurance sector. Thus result shows combined feedback or the opportunity of women is less compared to man in the sector namely insurance. Because 60 respondents were not found an opportunity for women while remaining 40 respondents were enhancing the opportunity of women in an insurance sector. TESTING OF HYPOTHESIS
H0 = THERE IS NO OPPORTUNITY FOR WOMEN IN INSURANCE SECTOR. H1 = THERE IS OPPORTUNITY FOR WOMEN IN INSURANCE SECTOR..

INTERPRETATION:

Above pie chart showing the review of each sector with the context of job security and the satisfaction of employee. From above chart, 32 respondents believe that only government sector will give job security and satisfaction. While 23 respondents were in favour of corporate sector for the same . And public sector and self employment showing approximately same opportunity . but only 4% of total respondent were believe that the franchisee provides job security and satisfaction opportunity to the employee.
