On or about February 9, 2014 in Vancouver, British Columbia, four (4) Entrants will be selected by a random draw from all eligible Entries received from September 6, 2013 February 8, 2014. Before being declared an Early Bird Winner, the selected Entrant shall be required to: correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question to be administered during a pre-arranged telephone call or by email, to comply with the Contest Rules, and sign and return the Release (described in Section 12 below). The selected Entrant (or Team Leader, as applicable) will be notified by telephone or e-mail no later than February 10, 2014 at 5:00 P.M. PT and must respond within two (2) business days of notification. Upon notification, the selected Entrant must respond by telephone to the contact number provided in the notification, and the selected Entrants response must be received by the Sponsors within two (2) business days of such notification. The Sponsors are not responsible for the failure for any reason whatsoever of a selected Entrant to receive notification or for the Sponsors to receive a selected Entrants response. If, as a result of an error relating to the entry process, drawing or any other aspect of the Contest, there are more selected Entrants than contemplated in these Contest Rules, there will be a random draw amongst all eligible Early Bird Prize claimants after the Contests closing date to award the correct number of Prizes.

10.

CATEGORY WINNER SELECTION PROCESS:

A panel of judges (the "Contest Judges") appointed by the Sponsors will judge all eligible Entries on the basis of the following weighted criteria: Criteria Appropriateness to Category communicating the core message/idea Ability to reach and resonate with teen target audience Creativity overall idea Execution of sound, cinematography and editing Total Score Maximum Weighting 25% 25% 25% 25% 100%

For greater certainty, all Entries will be judged only against other Entries in the SAME Category. Each eligible Entry will be given a score (the "Score") by the Contest Judges. Odds of being selected as an eligible Category Prize Winner depend on the number and calibre of eligible Entries received during the Contest Period in each Category. For each Category, the eligible Entrant associated with the top Entry based on total Score (as determined by the Contest Judges, in their sole and absolute discretion) will be selected as the eligible Category Prize Winner for that Category and will each be eligible to win a Category Prize (subject to compliance with these Rules). In the event of a tie between two or more Entries based on total Score, the eligible Entrant associated with the Entry - from amongst all such Entries that are tied in the applicable Category - with the highest score on Creativity overall idea will be deemed to be the eligible Category Prize Winner for the applicable Category. Judging is scheduled to be completed on or about April 29, 2014 (the "Selection Date"). 11. FAN FAVOURITE WINNER SELECTION:

The public will have the opportunity to visit the Website during the Contest Period and rate the Videos out of five (5) stars by clicking on the appropriate number of stars located beneath each Video posted on the Website (the Ratings, each, a Rating). Members of the public may rate as many Videos as they wish; however, there is a limit of one (1) Rating per person per each Entry. If it is discovered that attempts were made to by any individual to use (or attempt to use) any automated, script, macro, robotic or other program(s) to generate Ratings in a manner that the Sponsors deem, in their sole and absolute discretion, to violate the letter and spirit of this Contest, then it may result in the disqualification, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsors, of the Ratings, Entry and/or Entrant to which such Ratings relate. Any Ratings displayed on the Website or elsewhere is for information purposes only, and the final determination of the number of eligible Ratings per Entry will be made by the Sponsors in their sole and absolute discretion. All Ratings are subject to verification. The Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole and absolute discretion, to require proof of identity and/or eligibility (in a form acceptable to the Sponsors) from any individual to participate in this Contest or for any Ratings registered, or purportedly registered, to be considered valid for the purposes of this Contest. Failure to provide such proof in a timely manner may result in disqualification of the applicable Ratings that cannot be verified to the satisfaction of the Sponsors, in their sole and absolute discretion. The sole determinant of the time for the purposes of a valid Rating in this Contest will be the Contest server machine(s). IMPORTANT NOTE: Individuals may encourage other individuals to rate an Entry (e.g. via various social media sites and platforms); however, no form of incentive, inducement, prize or chance of receiving any incentive, inducement, or prize may be offered as part of such encouragement in furtherance of receiving such individual's Rating for any Entry. Any individual determined by the Sponsors and/or their representative to be engaging in such behaviour and/or be acting in a manner that the Sponsors deem (in their sole and absolute discretion) to be violating the letter and spirit of this Contest, will be disqualified, and the corresponding Ratings, Entry and/or Entrant is subject to disqualification in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsors.

Videos must receive a minimum of thirty-five (35) Ratings during the Contest Period. Immediately after the Contest Period, the Entrant who submitted the Video with the highest Rating (as determined by the Sponsors in their sole and absolute discretion) will be deemed to be the Fan Favourite Prize Winner. In the event of a Ratings tie between two or more Entries, the Video with the highest number of votes for that Video will be deemed the Fan Favourite Winner. If there is still a tie, the Sponsors will rely on the Score awarded to each of the two (2) Videos in their respective Category. The Video with the highest Score will be deemed the Fan Favourite Winner. Odds of being selected as an eligible Fan Favourite Prize Winner depend on the calibre of each Entrant's Entry and on the number of eligible Ratings received during the Contest Period. The tabulation of Ratings is scheduled to be completed on or about April 29, 2014. 12. RELEASES:

Before being declared as a confirmed Prize winner, the selected Entrants (including, if applicable, each Team member that forms part of a Team that is a selected Entrant) must sign (and have his/her parent/legal guardian sign if he/she is under the age of majority in British Columbia) and return within two (2) business days of notification a declaration and release prepared by the Sponsors (the Release), which, among other things: (i) confirms compliance with these Rules; (ii) agrees to release the Releasees from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from any liability in connection with this Contest and/or his/her participation therein; (iii) assigns all intellectual property, including copyright, in and to the Video and waives his/her moral rights therein in favour of the Sponsors; (iv) agrees to indemnify the Releasees against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from use of his/her Video, including, without limitation, any claim that his/her Video (or a component thereof) infringes a proprietary interest of any third party; (v) agrees to the publication, reproduction and/or other use of his/her name, address, voice, statements about the Contest and/or photograph or other likeness without further notice or compensation, in any publicity or advertisement carried out by or on behalf of the Sponsors in any manner whatsoever, including print, broadcast or the internet; and (vi) acknowledges acceptance of the Prize as awarded and agrees to release the Releasees from any and all liability in connection with this Contest, his/her participation therein and/or the awarding and use/misuse of the Prize or any portion thereof. In addition, the Team Leader will be required to correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without mechanical or other aid. If: (i) the Team Leader associated with a selected Entry cannot be contacted within a maximum of three (3) attempts or within two (2) business days of the end of the Contest Period (whichever occurs first), or if there is a return of any notification as undeliverable; (ii) the selected Entrant (including, if applicable, each Team member that forms part of a Team that is a selected Entrant) fails to return the properly executed Contest documents within the specified time and/or cannot accept the Prize for any reason; and/or (iii) the Team Leader incorrectly answers the skill-testing question; then the selected Entrant will forfeit their opportunity to be a Prize winner and the Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole and absolute discretion, to select the next eligible Entrant in the respective Prize classification (i.e. Early Bird Prize, Category Prize, or Fan Favourite Prize) to be the Prize winner (in which case the forgoing provisions of this section shall apply to such new eligible Prize winner). 13.
