Prior to their first Webinar delivery, learners will be retrained in any specific skill area(s) the learner does not feel they have reached the level of Proficiency. Upon completion of their first Webinar delivery, learners will again self-assess their performance against the rubric and will be assessed by the trainer as well. The comparison of evaluations will promote discussion on areas for further improvement or where additional training and/or practice might be beneficial to the learner.
