1. Description

RetroMagix is a Virtual Harpsichord based on the Flemish models, designed for creating a wide range of
Harpsichord sounds. Available for Windows and Linux based VST/FST hosts.

 l Sound is generated via a hybrid method that combines synthesis and sampling techniques, to create a bright
sound, rich in overtones.

l Includes 12 predefined sounds and a friendly user interface. Creating new sounds is as simple as combining these
presets in different ways and selecting the harpsichord type as desired.

l Unlike a real harpsichord, RetroMagix allow dynamic changes and shapes varying its parameters, offering you a
wide variety of sounds to create professional music from Classical to Neoclassical styles.

l Early music enthusiasts can enjoy an authentic experience with all of the advantages of RetroMagix to recreate
the classical harpsichord sounds. Also if you looking for any instrument of harpsichord family like Virginal,
Muselaar Virginal, Spinet or Clavicytherium sounds, RetroMagix can offer you an approach to those
instruments that were popular between the 15th and 17th centuries.

l Multiple-Mode Filter: The values are automatically computed when you select any of the filter types. Filter switch
includes: LP (Low pass), BP (Band pass), HP (High pass), notch, peak, low pass and high pass shelving filter with
adjustable cutoff and bandwidth.

l Integrated, variable room simulation. Reverb effect can control the "room ambience".

l FULL MIDI Automation: Complete MIDI Continuous Controller. Every parameter can be controlled via MIDI or
host automation.

The virginal, spinet, and clavicytherium are all varieties of harpsichord that differ from it primarily in size, shape, and musical resources. Virginals and spinets
usually have only a single set of strings and a single row of jacks. The clavicytherium is basically a harpsichord set upright so that its soundboard is vertical.

3. Installing and Uninstalling VST Plug-in

To install VST plug-in, follow these steps:

l The file must be in a directory where the VST host is looking for VST plug-ins.

l Unzip the file.

l Put the RetroMagix Harpsichord.dll file into VST Plug-ins Folder of your host application.

To uninstall simply remove the RetroMagix Harpsichord.dll file of your VST Plug-ins folder.

8. Update and Upgrade Policy:

As a general policy, Updates between minor Syntheway product versions are free. Upgrades between major Syntheway
product versions are paid.

Updates:
An update is an interim release that fixes bugs, enhances usability, updates data, or adds a new feature to an existing version.
For example, you would update Magnus Choir v1.00 to v1.1.
They get distributed electronically after their release. If you have already registered, and you will not get the email with "link
to download update" within a reasonable time, send an email from the email account that was used with your registration. If
your email address changes, please notify us support@syntheway.net so that we can update our database.

Upgrades:
Upgrades are changes in the major version number of the product (containing major new functionality, improves
performance, enhances usability). When we release a major new release, we change the first number in the version number.
So you switch to a higher version of a program within the same VSTi/VST product family. For example, you would upgrade
Master Hammond B3 v1.00 to v2.00. Upgrades are free when... you purchase Syntheway product and we introduce a major
new release (e.g. moving from Realistic Virtual Piano v1.xx to v2.0) within 60 days of your purchase date. Any release
containing major new functionality, an upgrade fee will probably be chargeable.

Specially discounted upgrade pricing is available to registered users of the immediately prior version of Syntheway Product.
That is, if you are a registered user of v1.xx, you are eligible to upgrade to v2.0 at the special discounted upgrade price.

How often are updates and upgrades released?

We create product updates and upgrades when:

l New features or functionality have been added.

l Bugs and problems have been corrected.

l New features have been added or supported.

l New optimizations have been integrated into the VST architecture.

RetroMagix Harpsichord VSTi - License Agreement

PLEASE READ THIS LEGAL AGREEMENT CAREFULLY.

The use and redistribution of "RetroMagix Harpsichord VSTi" ("Software") is subject to the following conditions:

1. All copyrights to the Software are exclusively owned by the Author: Daniel Alberto Laiseca.

2. You (the user) have the right to evaluate this Software for the period of 30 days, provided the Software is not used for
profit, including but not limited to creating patch libraries and sounds for any pieces you are profiting from. Should you
continue use of the Software after your evaluation period expires, or use it for any profit, you shall pay the registration fee.

3. The unregistered demo version of the Software may be freely distributed, with exceptions noted below, provided the
distribution package is not modified in any way. No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of the Software
without written permission from the Author. The unregistered demo version of the Software may not be bundled or distributed
with any other product without written permission of the Author.

4. Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to use the Software on one or several computers, for any legal
purpose, at a time. The registered Software may not be rented or leased, or given away to the third person, but may be
permanently transferred, if the person receiving it agrees to the terms of this License Agreement. If the Software is an
update, the transfer must include the update and all previous versions of the Software.

You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or
transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as provided for in this License Agreement. Any
such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or
civil prosecution.

5. THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING
BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-

6. Installing and using the Software signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of this License Agreement.

devices and cease to use the product.

the properties of their respective owners, and do not imply owner's endorsement of this product, or guarantee full compliance
with owner's standards.

10. Evaluation & Registration

The code for the licensed and evaluation versions of this program are identical. The DEMO VERSION is full functional. You can
do anything you can do with the full version, you can even save your presets. Also in the demo are some presets included to
demonstrate the instruments capabilities. The only restrictions are, that the demo emits a decent noise about every 10
seconds. The full version does not have nagging sounds.

In developing software we have embraced "try before you buy" shareware concept that allows you to evaluate a product in
action and decide on real performance prior to taking out your wallet. As additional benefits there are free upgrade policy
(within version numbers -e.g. 2.0 to 2.xx) and technical support via e-mail.

The full version is available to purchase, as downloadable software, and you can download the registered version when your
payment is received. You will receive an email containing registered download link and password protection. For details on

How to purchase with PayPal:
