Integrated Customer Reporting Deployment
• Identified quickly the final phase project needs, channeling team efforts to develop, system test, user acceptance test to deploy nineteen (19) client
reports on an aggressive time schedule.
• Assisted user acceptance test team by building SQL statements that follow the same report functional specifications to then run all scenarios.
• Built consensus between business clients and developers to come up with the best business and technical solution for each report to present final
solution to the business clients for sign off.
• Documented each solution for all business requirement, prototype and functional specification documents.
Created Oracle Star Schema and rewrote Crystal Reports for Learning Management System (SumTotal 7.1)
• Redeveloped reports to better monitor and assist 60,500 students worldwide. Process over 1.8 million training records daily by means of
scheduled jobs and oracle package with emphasis on fast processing PL/SQL.
• Led requirements gathering sessions with senior management and end users, creating a list of improvements including a new security feature
based on what domains the report administrator can view.
• Created MS Access repository, documenting and managing tool to track reports’ phases of development, enhancements, issues and resolutions by
logging efforts and report details.
• Self taught new learning management database to support the development of new reports.

Developed Oracle Crystal Reports for Aspen 2.5 Learning Management System
