Spotlight on a member of your Talent Pool, positioning them as a thought leader on a particular subject or current event. Ex: 5 Questions With X Feature Type 2: Insider look at a project currently being worked on at your company or in your Talent Pools space. Ex: From The Desk Of Feature Type 3: A commitment piece focused on continued learning and develop of your Talent Pool. Ex: Did you know? or How To X Feature Type 4: Trench stories from your leadership team, people at your company, or candidates that youve placed, ultimately indicating that you dont suck and your Talent Pools should work for/with you. Ex: That Just Happened or Meet X Feature Type 5: Now mix in some of eye candythink videos (note: you don't have to make them, you can find them too) pictures (instagram), etc.

Embed images or videos from the feature content types in the job description to a tell a compelling storypast the standard bullet points.
