JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:* Monitoring of all the critical and major alarms in network * Escalating the fault to the respective persons in circle * Clearing the alarms on Network elements in GSM/CDMA and providing level-1 support to field for resolution * TROUBLE TICKETING for faults in the network and escalating through the work order. * BSC back up, Switch over activity from Remote End. * Preparation and analysis of Network Availability Report. & other telecom Related Reports. * Monitoring of service degrading alarms such as VSWR /RSSI and other Hardware related Issues and providing level-1 support for field engineers in resolution of the same. * Performing daily Health Check of networks and circulation it to the circle team. * Acceptance Testing of Radio Base stations with customer * Responsible for on-site survey, installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of GSM/cdma network equipment * Provide technical support to customers through remote and on-site trouble-shooting * Perform software commissioning of wireless Network elements and integration with related network elements * Interface with engineering partner to locate technical problems that may arise during the engineering process * Interface with third party to locate technical problems that may arise during the integration * On site Maintenance support in case of major or critical problems that can't be solved by customer or local subcontractor according to SLA

* Responsible for handling technical cases on ticket system and keep tracking these problems during the whole resolving process * Provide technical solution planning and hands-on support on GSM/CDMA Network

Tasks & Job Descriptions:1- Networks installation and hardware configurations Network racks, cabling, and Hardware install for the network adapters, switches, UPS equipments. 2-Hardware installation and configuration IBM Servers ,Acer and HP Computers, HP Printers, network site planning. 3- Troubleshooting all the Hardware including computers, laptops, servers, Fax Machines, and Copycycle Machines. 4- Installing and Maintaining of Routers. 5-Helpdesk and solving the users problems. 6-Update the antivirus for all the servers and clients. 7-Make the reports of 1x data and EVDO data of CDMA projects EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: Completed B.TECH. in Computer Engineering from P.T.U. JALANDHAR in 2009. Passed Diploma. in Computer Engineering from P.S.T.E.B. JALANDHAR in 2006. Passed Metric from H.P.B.S.E (Dharamshala Board) in 2003.
