What Does It Mean To Be

Truly Perfect
to The Eternal?
by D. J. Love, Minister, TSN, SBC

Refined 10-3-2004

Sometimes a minister has to take a stand on a subject that is not very well
understood. And this is one of the least understood subjects in the entire
world. Oh church leaders and priests will tell you that they know, but then
why are their congregations left feeling mystified and confused? Why do so
very many of their (ex)church members switch attendance to another church,
and get baptized more than once or get baptized over (and over) again? Why
is so much emphasis put on different forms of baptism anyway; each
denomination of Christianity accusing the others of baptism ignorance, even
to the point of making the baptism methodology (sprinkling, pouring,
immersion) a major point of salvation?
In the past I have observed many church members approach their priest
(rabbi, pastor or minister) with a question that challenged traditional doctrines
only to be made to feel that they are incapable of understanding even the
simplest of doctrines. The truth of the matter is that the priests do not truly
understand it themselves.

I say, "That where you find chaos, you find Satan (Source of Human Nature),
and where you find harmony, you find YHVH (Source of Righteousness)!"

So let's use some common sense here, and answer for ourselves some very
basic questions. Just what is it that YHVH is looking for anyway? Does He
seek perfection according to "The Letter" of His Laws, as given by Moses?
Does He seek a Christian form of inverse legalism, whereas, YHVH's "Ten
Commandments" (Actually All Laws, Holy Observances, Ordinances, etc...) were
supposedly nailed to the cross, while the Commandments of Men were not?
How many of you "Church Goers" know and understand what I am saying
already? How many of you "Church Goers" have been led down the so
called "Roman Road to Salvation?" Were you not told that by following
this "Roman Road" or "Path" that you would receive "Salvation?" My
friends, there is no difference in the legalism of gentiles and the legalism of
Jews except for THE RULES. Think about it! What is legalism anyway?
Legalism is A BELIEF, whereas one can achieve something (say Salvation)
by obeying or following THE RULES. So the search goes on (ad infinitum)
for the church, faith or religion that has just the right set of rules OR DOES
IT? And where does perfection fit into all of this mess? Jews who practice
Judaism, Jews and gentiles who practice Jewish Christianity (Jews For
Jesus, false Messianics, and Nazarenes), Far Eastern religions, and the
Christians ALL have their set(s) of RULES. The Jews leave perfection up
to themselves as individuals, oral traditions (Kabbalah) or even as a birthright
(Jewish Legalism), as they have no acceptable sacrifice for sin; Christianity
leaves perfection up to the Greek Christos (catholic IHS or catholic Jesus) as
its sacrifice for sin, and therefore Christianity has no acceptable sacrifice for
sin. See Antichrist. And even if they did have an acceptable sacrifice for sin
(The True Messiah), they still don't keep or follow the Messiah's teachings, as
they follow their own MAN MADE RULES (e.g. Jewish Tradition OR The
Roman Road to Salvation, their method of Baptism, their style of clothing worn,
their style of haircut, their so called sabbath day, circumcision, praying to Jesus,
praying to Mary, praying to church saints, speaking in tongues, tithing to their
church, handling snakes, not marrying outside of their church, expected confessions,
sacraments, holy water, sign of the cross, etc...).

ALL of these things are LEGALISMS, and YHVH is not interested in

LEGALISMS! Physical acts or natural physical occurrences (such as
baptism, marriage, birth, sacrifice, circumcision, feasts, night followed by day, new
moons, etc... ) were never meant to please YHVH or forgive sin. Physical
acts or natural physical occurrences were always meant to teach physical
people Spiritual Truth by example (Anthropomorphisms). There is nothing
more Spiritual and Holy than PURE RIGHTEOUS LOVE, and according
to 1 John 4:8 YHVH IS Love!

1John 4:8
8 He who doesn't LOVE doesn't know YHVH, for YHVH is love.
Therefore, YHVH is only interested in the purest form of LOVE, and those
that can LOVE; for LOVE is not a set of RULES. LOVE is "The Intent of
The Heart!" (Hebrews 4:12) And furthermore, LOVE always has been the
way to YHVH's Heart, and therefore to 'Saving Grace' (even prior to the
Messiah's birth). The Messiah's entire life and his self-sacrifice was spent just
to teach us this one lesson . . . .

That LOVE is SACRIFICE of SELF! See "The Sacrifice of Messiah."

Was it merely his blood and his crucifixion?

Deuteronomy 30:19-20
19 I call heaven and earth to witness against you this day, that I
(YHVH) have set before you life and death, the blessing and the
curse: therefore choose life, that you may live, you and your seed;
20 to love YHVH your God, to obey His voice (words or
Commandments), and to cleave to Him (as in Marriage); for He is your
life, and the length of your days; that you may dwell in the
(Promised) land (Coming Kingdom on Earth) which YHVH swore to
your fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, to give them (If
they obeyed HIM, as in Marriage, through LOVE).

Galatians 5:2-6
2 Behold, I, Paul, tell you that if you receive (physical) circumcision,
Messiah will profit you nothing (if you do it to gain salvation).
3 Yes, I testify again to every man who receives circumcision (as a
Legalism or Rule), that he is a debtor to do the whole law.
4 You are alienated from Messiah, you who desire to be justified
by the law (ANY law or set of rules, including "Man Made" ones). You
have fallen away from grace (Favor given to Righteousness Seekers).
5 For we, through the (Holy) Spirit (of Love), by faith (in YHVH's
Righteousness) wait for the hope of righteousness.
6 For in Messiah Y'Shua neither circumcision amounts to anything,
nor uncircumcision, but faith working through love.
Remember This!

YHVH has NEVER separated Obedience to Him or His words

(Commandments, precepts, judgements, statutes, ordinances) from LOVE. It is
people who separated Obedience from Love, and therefore introduced
legalism. YHVH actually equates disobedience and (or) obedience through
legalism to HATE. This means that anything other than obedience to
YHVH's words through LOVE is considered HATE in YHVH's eyes
(perception); See "The Two Realities of Sin".

Exodus 20:5-6 ..... I, YHVH your Elohim, am a jealous (zealously

protective) Elohim, visiting the iniquity of the fathers on the children,
on the third and on the fourth generation of those who hate me,
6 and showing lovingkindness to thousands (not millions, billions or
trillions) of those who LOVE me AND KEEP my commandments
(through a loving desire to become Spiritually "Like YHVH.") (For Many
are Called, but Few are to be Chosen).

YHVH seeks LOVE, not legalistic perfection!

You cannot follow a set of rules and expect YHVH to love you for being
obedient. Not if you HATE the vow (words) of His Covenant (His
Commandments, words, precepts, judgements, statutes, ordinances), because
YHVH's Rules are not really rules at all, but are actually instructions in
HOW TO LOVE Him and our fellow man; and in so doing, benefit
ourselves too. Therefore if you hate "Love" (by YHVH's definition) then you
also hate YHVH.

Deuteronomy 11:1
Therefore, you shall love YHVH your Elohim, and KEEP His charge
(of Love), and (KEEP) his statutes (of Love), and (KEEP) His ordinances
(of Love), and (KEEP) His commandments (of Love), always.

For YHVH, Spiritual Perfection IS Love!

YHVH, does not seek LOVE without error, for YHVH, LOVE includes
error, and error does not exclude one from His LOVE for us or His Grace, as
long as we are SINCERELY seeking to obey Him through a HOLY
SPIRIT (Attitude) of LOVE (This is the Intent of the Heart). For those who
truly LOVE YHVH, He will counsel (Instruct and give understanding) through
His Holy Spirit and will refine in the Fire. For those who LOVE the
Righteousness of YHVH, they will eventually be filled to Perfection.
However, LOVE does not include deliberate error or continual deliberate
error, as continual deliberate error excludes repentance. (Read Leviticus 26:
All)

YHVH does not seek people who are already perfect or without error or
without sin (no one is perfect in this way). YHVH seeks repentant sinners who
are actively seeking perfection through obedience to (Love for) His
Commandments, words, precepts, judgements, statutes, and ordinances.

Note: Even The Messiah had to be "Perfected." Thus The

Messiah was neither God (YHVH) nor was he perfect. YHVH,
the Creator, is perfect and always has been perfect. Thus
Messiah is not God; but more than that, YHVH does not expect
us to be perfect either. However, he does expect us to desire
with all of our heart(s) to become perfect (or grow in perfection),
just the same as The Messiah (by following The Messiah's
Example).

Luke 2:40, 52
40 And the Child (Messiah Y'Shua) grew and became strong in Spirit,
filled with wisdom; and the grace (favor) of YHVH was upon Him. ...
.............
52 And Y'Shua (Messiah) increased in wisdom and stature, and in
favor (Grace) with YHVH and men.
Note: Y'Shua GREW in grace (favor), wisdom, strength,
stature, etc., just like John the Baptist (Luke 1:80). This shows
that Y'Shua was not born "perfect" but BECAME perfected
just like ALL other righteous men of Israel (Y'Shua was the "Set
Apart Anointed One").

Hebrews 1:4
4 having become so much better than the angels, as he has by
inheritance obtained a more excellent name than they.

Hebrews 5:8-9
8 though he was a Son, yet he learned obedience by the things which
he suffered.
9 And having been perfected, he became the author of eternal
salvation to all who obey him (as he also obeys),

Hebrews 7:28
28 For the law appoints, as high priests, men who have weakness, but
the word of the oath (covenant), which came after the law, appoints the
Son who has been perfected forever.

Note: By now, it should be quite obvious that Messiah Y'Shua

was not born perfect, but he submitted his personal will to the
perfect will of YHVH. Therefore, he became perfected and thus
became qualified to be the Messiah to The True Seed of
Abraham and Spiritual Israel.

Messiah Y'Shua was not perfect, but he became perfected;

AND since YHVH is perfect, and has no need to be perfected,
then Messiah (Y'Shua or even the Christian Jesus) is obviously
not God (who is perfect).
YHVH does not seek those who believe His Commandments, Words,
Precepts, Judgements, Statutes, and Ordinances were nailed on the cross;
These people do not Love YHVH; instead they seek escape from obedience,
AND they seek a cheap salvation, that requires little or no effort on their
part. Excuse my sarcasm, but they just want to take a free plane ride to
heaven, because (as they say) Jesus is not only their Co-pilot, he is the
Captain, the Navigator, the Flight Attendants, and even the whole plane. All
you have to do to get your free ticket is to say, "I Believe," "Repent"
(whatever that means), and then get baptized in the name of the Trinity. Don't
fall for this lie (a Christian Legalism)!

How can anyone have gotten past "The Repent" part of that "Set of Rules"
prior to baptism, when they don't actually understand what "True
Repentance" is in the first place. It is impossible to have "Truly Repented"
AND still not understand that in order to reject sin (True Repentance), one
must also reject "Self," pagan gods, pagan religion, and pagan traditions.

Matthew 22:36-40
36 "Teacher, which is the greatest commandment (of Love) in the
law?"
37 Y'Shua (Messiah) said to him, "'You shall LOVE the LORD
YHVH with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your
mind.'
38 This is the first and great commandment.
39 A second likewise is this, 'You shall LOVE your neighbor as
yourself.'
40 The whole law (Torah) and the prophets depend (are derived from or
built) on these two commandments."

1 John 2:4-5
4 He who says, "I know him," and doesn't KEEP His commandments,
is a liar, and the truth is not in him.
5 But whoever KEEPS his word, YHVH's LOVE has most assuredly
been perfected in him. This is how we know that we are in him:
(We actually "Know it.")

YHVH accepts error from those who LOVE Him (actively seek
His Righteousness). However, with error will come reproof, and a refining in
the fire. Only those who sincerely LOVE YHVH will benefit.

Proverbs 3:11-13
1 My son, don't despise YHVH's discipline, Neither be weary of his
reproof:
12 For whom YHVH loves, he reproves; Even as a father the son
in whom he delights.
13 Happy is the man who finds wisdom, and the man who gets
understanding.

Romans 8:28
28 We know that all things (reproof, tribulation, good, bad, etc... ) work
together for the good for those who LOVE YHVH, to those who are
called according to His purpose (Righteousness).

King David was a man after YHVH's Heart, and YHVH dearly LOVES him
to this very day. Read all of Psalm 119 (Click) and you with "Eyes to See"
and "Ears to Hear" will know why YHVH loves King David so very much.

Ecclesiastes 12:13-14
13 ¶ Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear YHVH, and
keep His commandments: for this is the whole duty of man.
14 For YHVH shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret
thing, whether it be good (YHVH centered LOVE), or whether it be evil
(self-centeredness and legalisms).
There is an "Intent of the Heart" difference between acts performed for the
sake of "Righteousness," and acts performed just to receive "Salvation."
Those who observe (KEEP) YHVH's Commandments (Precepts, Judgements,
Statutes, Ordinances, Testimonies, laws, words) only for the purpose of
receiving Salvation, do so with the selfish intent of receiving; but Salvation
through SEEKING "The Righteousness of YHVH" cannot be attained or
obtained in any other way except by sharing it and giving Righteousness
away.

So when you get baptized, circumcised, pray with your children, perform
acts of true charity, keep the Sabbaths Holy, Obey the Commandments of
YHVH, etc... , do so to teach Spiritual Truths through physical acts for
"Righteousness Sake," and not with the intent to receive Salvation. BE
SURE to explain the difference to your children. Then and only then will
you become pleasing in YHVH's eyes.

me hope (of Love).
50 This (Love) is my comfort in my affliction, For your word (of Love)
has revived me.
51 The arrogant mock me excessively, But I don't swerve from your
law (of Love).
52 I remember your (Loving) ordinances of old, YHVH, And have
comforted myself.
53 Indignation has taken hold on me, Because of the wicked who
forsake your law (of Love).

Note: Do you find yourself feeling this way ?

54 Your statutes have been my songs (of Love), In the house where I
live.
55 I have remembered your name, YHVH, in the night (a yearning),
And I obey (Love) your law.
56 This is my way (of Love), that I keep your precepts.
57 YHVH is my portion. I promised to obey (Love of and Marriage to)
your words.
58 I sought your favor (GRACE) with my whole heart (of Love). Be
merciful to me according to your word (of Love).

"Self-centeredness") to your (YHVH centered) statutes (of Love).
60 I will hurry, and not delay, To obey (Love) your commandments.
61 The ropes of the wicked (selfishness) bind me, But I won't forget
your law (of Love).

righteous ordinances (of Love).
63 I am a friend of all those who fear you, Of those who (lovingly)

statutes (of Love).

YHVH.

(Love), I will keep your precepts.

law.
71 It is good for me that I have been afflicted (refiner's fire), That I
may learn your statutes (of Love).
72 The law of your mouth (Love) is better to me than thousands of
pieces of gold and silver.
73 Your hands have made me and formed me. Give me understanding,
that I may learn your commandments (of Love).
74 Those who fear you will see me and be glad, Because I have put
my hope (trust or faith) in your word (of Love).
75 YHVH, I know that your judgments (of Love) are righteous, That
in faithfulness (Love) you have afflicted (refined) me.
76 Please let your lovingkindness be for my comfort, According to
your word (of Love) to your servant.
77 Let your tender mercies (of Love) come to me, that I may live; For
your law (of Love) is my delight (what I seek).
78 Let the proud (self-centered) be put to shame, for they have
overthrown me wrongfully. I will meditate (dwell) on your precepts (of
Love).
79 Let those who fear you turn to me. They will know your statutes.
80 Let my heart (of Love) be blameless (seek perfection) toward your
decrees (of Love), That I may not be put to shame.
81 My soul faints for your salvation (Love). I hope in your word.
82 My eyes fail (long seek) for your word. I say, "When will you
comfort me?" (with your Love)
83 For I have become like a wineskin in the smoke (absorbent). I don't
forget your statutes (I have absorbed your "Mindset" of Love).
84 How many are the days of your servant? When will you execute
judgment on those who persecute me?
85 The proud (self-absorbed) have dug pits for me, Contrary to your
law (without Love).
86 All of your commandments (of Love) are faithful. They (the proud)
persecute me wrongfully. Help me!
87 They (the proud) had almost wiped me from the earth, But I didn't
forsake your precepts (of Love).
88 Preserve my life according to your lovingkindness, So I will obey
(Love) the statutes of your mouth (words of Love).
89 YHVH, your word is settled in heaven forever.
90 Your faithfulness (Love) is to all generations. You have established
the earth, and it remains.
91 Your laws (of Love) remain to this day, For all things (good & evil)
serve you.
92 Unless your law had been my delight (desire of my heart), I would
have perished in my (Self) affliction.
93 I will never forget your precepts (of Love), For with them, you have
revived (Saved) me.
94 I am yours (devoted to you). Save me, For I have sought your
precepts (of Love).
95 The wicked have waited for me, to destroy me. I will consider your
statutes.
96 I have seen a limit to all perfection, But your commands (of Love)
are boundless.
97 How love I your law (of Love)! It is my meditation (longing for Love)
all day.
98 Your commandments (of Love) make me wiser than my enemies,
For your commandments (of Love) are always with me.
99 I have more understanding than all my teachers, For your
testimonies (of Love) are my meditation.
100 I understand more than the aged, Because I have kept your
precepts (of Love).
101 I have kept my feet (of Love) from every evil way, That I might
observe your word (of Love).
102 I have not turned aside from your ordinances (of Love), For you
have taught me (how to Love).
103 How sweet are your promises (of Love) to my taste, More than
honey to my mouth!
104 Through your precepts (of Love), I get understanding; Therefore I
hate every false (unloving) way.
105 Your word (of Love) is a lamp (Guiding Light) to my feet, And a
light (of Love) for my path.
106 I have sworn (Marriage Vow of Love), and have confirmed it, That I
will obey (Love) your righteous ordinances.
107 I am afflicted very much (by the proud). Revive me, YHVH,
according to your word.
108 Accept, I beg you, the willing offerings of my mouth (vows of
Love). YHVH, teach me your ordinances.
109 My soul is continually in my hand, Yet I won't forget your law.
110 The wicked have laid a snare for me, Yet I haven't gone astray
from your precepts.
111 I have taken your testimonies (of Love) as a heritage forever,
For they are the joy of my heart (Love).
112 I have set my heart (Love) to perform your statutes forever, Even
to the end (Mark 13:13).
113 I hate double-minded men, But I love your law.
114 You are my hiding place and my shield. I hope in your word.
115 Depart from me, you evildoers, That I may keep the
commandments of my G-d.
116 Uphold me according to your word, that I may live (have eternal
life). Let me not be ashamed of my hope.
117 Hold me up, and I will be safe, And will have respect (Love) for
your statutes continually.
118 You reject all those who stray from your statutes (of Love), For
their deceit is in vain.
119 You put away all the wicked of the earth like dross. Therefore I
love your testimonies.
120 My flesh trembles for fear of (losing) you. I am afraid of your
judgments (on the wicked).
121 I have done what is just and righteous. Don't leave me to my
oppressors.
122 Ensure your servant's well-being. Don't let the proud oppress me.
123 My eyes fail looking for your salvation, For your righteous word
(of Love).
124 Deal with your servant according to your lovingkindness. Teach
me your statutes.
125 I am your servant. Give me understanding, That I may know
your testimonies.
126 It is time to act, YHVH, For they break your law.
127 Therefore I love your commandments more than gold, Yes, more
than pure gold.
128 Therefore I consider all of your precepts to be right. I hate every
false way.
129 Your testimonies are wonderful, Therefore my soul keeps them.
130 The entrance of your words gives light. It gives understanding to
the simple (College Degrees and genius not required).
131 I opened my mouth wide and panted, For I longed for your
commandments (of Love).
132 Turn to me, and have mercy on me, As you always do to those
who love your name (reputation of Love).
133 Establish my footsteps in your word. Don't let any iniquity have
dominion over me (help me to become perfect).
134 Redeem me from the oppression of man, So I will observe your
precepts (of Love).
135 Make your face to shine on your servant. Teach me your statutes
(of Love).
136 Streams of tears run down my eyes, Because they don't observe
your law (of Love).
137 You are righteous, YHVH. your judgments are upright.
138 You have commanded your statutes (of Love) in righteousness.
They are fully trustworthy.
139 My zeal (yearning for your Love) wears me out, Because my
enemies ignore your words.
140 Your promises have been thoroughly tested, And your servant
loves them.
141 I am small and despised. I don't forget your precepts (of Love).
142 Your righteousness is an everlasting righteousness. Your law (of
Love) is truth.
143 Trouble and anguish have taken hold of me. Your
commandments (of Love) are my delight.
144 Your testimonies are righteous forever. Give me understanding,
that I may live (have eternal life).
145 I have called with my whole heart (Intent of Love). Answer me,
YHVH! I will keep your statutes (of Love).
146 I have called to you. Save me! I will obey (Love) your statutes.
147 I rise before dawn and cry for help. I put my hope in your words.
148 My eyes stay open through the night watches, That I might
meditate on your word.
149 Hear my voice according to your lovingkindness. Revive me,
YHVH, according to your ordinances (of Love).
150 They draw near who follow after wickedness. They are far from
your law.
151 You are near, YHVH. All your commandments (of Love) are
truth.
152 Of old I have known from your testimonies, That you have
founded them forever.
153 Consider my affliction (imperfections), and deliver me, For I don't
forget your law.
154 Plead my cause, and redeem me! Revive me according to your
promise (of Love).
155 Salvation is far from the wicked, For they don't seek your
statutes.
156 Great are your tender mercies, YHVH. Revive me according to
your ordinances.
157 Many are my persecutors and my adversaries. I haven't swerved
from your testimonies.
158 I look at the faithless with loathing, Because they don't observe
your word.

Note: Do you find yourself feeling this way too ?

159 Consider how I love your precepts. Revive me, YHVH,

according to your lovingkindness.
160 All of your words are truth. Every one of your righteous
ordinances endures forever.
161 Princes have persecuted me without a cause, But my heart (of
Love) stands in awe of your words.
162 I rejoice at your word, As one who finds great spoil (Spiritual
treasure of Love).
163 I hate and abhor falsehood. I love your law.
164 Seven times a day, I praise you, Because of your righteous
ordinances.
165 Those who love your law have great peace. Nothing causes them
to stumble.
166 I have hoped for your salvation, YHVH. I have done your
commandments.
167 My soul has observed your testimonies. I love them
exceedingly.
168 I have obeyed (Loved) your precepts and your testimonies, For
all my ways are before you.
169 Let my cry come before you, YHVH. Give me understanding
according to your word.
170 Let my supplication come before you. Deliver me according to
your word.
171 Let my lips utter praise, For you teach me your statutes.
172 Let my tongue sing of your word, For all your commandments
are righteousness (Love).
173 Let your hand be ready to help me, For I have chosen your
precepts.
174 I have longed for your salvation, YHVH. Your law (of Love) is my
delight (and Salvation).
175 Let my soul live, that I may praise you. Let your ordinances (of
Love) help me.
176 I have gone astray like a lost sheep (not perfect). Seek your
servant, for I don't forget (don't stop seeking) your commandments (of
Love).
