Industry Overview: Availability of energy, its source and cost have become key points of debate in development over

the last couple of decades. Whichever be the sector - agriculture, telecom & ICT, construction, services or manufacturing - availability of energy is a prerequisite for its growth, while on the other hand, certain sources of energy could so seriously damage the environment that the very business that it supports may become unsustainable over a period of time. Such a situation has necessitated the move by various stakeholders to rely more on renewable energy. Green Energy is essential to limiting global warming and protecting ecosystems by reducing CO2 emissions through energy efficiency and renewable Energy. Climate change comes at a cost to both our economy and our environment. Growing telecommunications infrastructure requires increasing amount of electricity to power it. Part of the electricity comes from the power grid and remaining through burning of fossil fuel like diesel. Both of these sources contribute to emission of green house gases (GHG) with the attendant negative environmental effects. Conference Overview: With the aim to bring forward the critical issues and challenges faced by the Industry, Bharat Exhibitions is proud to presents the India's exclusive business forum - Green Energy India 2013, 2nd International Conference scheduled to take place on August 22, 2013 at Le-Meridien, New Delhi, India. The conference is going to be India's annual meeting forum committed to advancing future energy, energy efficiency and clean technologies by engaging political, business, finance, academic and industry leaders to drive innovation, business and investment opportunities in response to the growing need for sustainable energy. The forum will highlight Education, Energy Efficiency, Financing, Green Agriculture, Green Building, Green Business & Manufacturing, Green Careers, Innovation, Recycling, Renewables, Social Responsibility, Sustainability, Transportation and Water.

Conference Objectives:

Creating Awareness about Regulatory, Financial and Technical Aspects for Renewable Energy Technologies. To gain knowledge on various issues, problems and challenges of the electric grid operation, management and control with high penetration of Renewable Energy Sector. Gain the latest information about State of the art renewable energy technologies in India region. Learn social and economical aspects of green energy implementation. Review the recent policy developments impacting the Indian energy sector. Achieve strategic and operational excellence to address the goal of advancing green energy in South Asia. Participate in interactive panel discussions tackling some of the most pressing issues facing the industry. Interact and network with the stakeholders & policy makers.

After the success of the first edition of the conference ICRERA 2012 in Nagasaki, this second ICRERA will continue promoting and disseminating knowledge concerning several topics and technologies related to renewable (green) energy sources. ICRERA aims to present important results to the international community of renewable energy fields in the form of research, development, applications, design and technology. It is therefore aimed at assisting researchers, scientists, manufacturers, companies, communities, agencies, associations and societies to keep abreast on new developments in their specialist fields and to unite in finding alternative energy solutions to current issues such as the greenhouse effect, sustainable and clean energy issues. ICRERA has been co-sponsored by IEEE PELS and IAS. All the papers presented at ICRERA will be sent to IEEE Xplore for inclusion in the database after approving. Selected papers at the conference will be recommended to IEEE Transactions on Power Electronics, Transaction on Industry Application for possible publications.

Introduction
Rising demand for and consumption of conventional-fueled energies despite fast depletion of the resources have encouraged development of renewable energy: solar, wind, rain, and geothermal heat. Renewable energy is not only environment-friendly but can be made more accessible to rural and remote areas, increasing their development potential. Green-energy technologies are modern-day solutions to the problems of conventional energy generation. Their development is a continuous effort that must be shared among those directly involved. The 1st International IEEE Conference on Clean Energy and Technology on 27th-29th June 2011 at the Legend Hotel Kuala Lumpur and hosted by UMPEDAC attracted about 120 participants from Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Brunei, India, Japan, the Philippines, USA, Germany, and Nigeria. It was a successful first event that concluded with much new knowledge gained, levels of existing knowledge elevated, views shared (and debated), and links initiated.

The 2013 IEEE Conference on Clean Energy and Technology (CEAT 2013) will be held in Malaysia between 18 to 20 November 2013. CEAT 2013 is organized to invite international delegates, to Langkawi to share their latest research findings besides getting to know Malaysia.

The conference provide engineers and academia with the opportunity to share experiences in recent development, current practices and future trends in power and energy. This event hopefully provides a unique platform for discussing issues and developments in electrical power, power electronics, energy and its associated engineering fields. It is also a networking opportunity for establishing international relationships, the exchange of ideas and experiences amongst the many delegates. Introduction
The aim objective of the 2013 International Conference on Renewable Energy and Environment (ICREE 2013) is to provide a platform for researchers, engineers, academicians as well as industrial professionals from all over the world to present their research results and development activities in Renewable Energy and Environment. The 2013 International Conference on Renewable Energy and Environment (ICREE 2013) will be held in Phuket, Thailand during September 21-22, 2013. 03, 09, 2013 News!
