Procedure for Entering Generation & Auxiliary Consumption Energy Meter Readings

1) Login in SAP (using TG Desk operator login) following window will open after successful login 2) Enter Command ZEDM_GDC then press enter

3) Following Window will open, now select Data Capture hourly then press Execute Button (This is for Generator Energy Meter Reading Entries)

4) After pressing execute

button following window will open, Select plant T002 ,

Respective Unit like UNIT01,UNIT02 etc& date of which data is to be entered then press Enter button

5) After Pressing enter button following window will open 6) Enter respective Energy Meter readings (After entering each Energy meter reading press enter key)

8) After entering all energy meter readings Press Calculate Consumption button.

9) After Pressing Calculate Consumption generation will appear

10) Press Save

11) After saving data message like The Profile values of 1 profile were transferred appear as shown below

12) To Enter Auxiliary Consumption Energy Meter readings Enter Command ZEDM_GDC then press enter

13) Following Window will open, now select Data Capture Day End then press Execute Button

14) After pressing execute button following window will open, Select plant T002 , Respective Unit like UNIT01,UNIT02 etc& date of which data is to be entered then press Enter button

15) After Pressing enter button following window will open 16) Enter respective Energy Meter readings (After entering each Energy meter reading press enter key)

17) After entering all energy meter readings Press Calculate Consumption button.

20) After saving data message like The Profile values of xx profile were transferred appear as shown below 11

21) To View Unit wise Generation, UAT, Station & Total Auxiliary Consumption, login in SAP (using PCR in charge login)

21-A) Enter ZEDM_CSTPS command in command bar, then press Enter

22) After pressing enter button

following window will appears, Enter Date for which Generation, UAT, button.

and Station & Total Auxiliary Consumption is to be view then press execute

23) Following window will appears showing unit wise Generation, UAT, Station & total Auxiliary Consumption only after successfully entering Generation & Auxiliary consumption data by all PCR

24) Respective PCR In charge must have to save this consumption output (after confirming all PCR have entered the generation & auxiliary consumption data) using save button

25) After saving following message will appear below screen Values updated in Profile Successfully

26) After updating values by respective PCR (Using above step 21-A to 25) TG desk incharge can post Power (Using TG Desk in charge login) by entering command ZEDM_PTS then press enter

27) After entering executing command ZEDM_PTS following window will open 28) Enter Plant T002, respective Unit like UNIT01, UNIT02. And date of which power is to post. Then press Execute button.

29) After Pressing Execute button following window will appear, showing Hourly generation & Total Auxilliary consumption then Press save button in this window.

30) After Pressing save button message window will appear DO you want to post the entries? Press Yes to post generation & auxiliary consumption

31) After Pressing Yes i.e after posting generation & auxiliary consumption following message will appears on screen.
