VENUE, ACCOMODATION AND FOOD

As you know, it is very good for the group dynamic to work some time separately from the other world. That is why we decided to create our own comfortable oasis and rented entire hotel in small village (http://goo.gl/AmCgRK) in the mountains, only 70 km from Chernivtsi. Here you can check the hotels website: www.uzviz.info Participants will stay in double/triple rooms. In double rooms participants will have one double bed. The hotel provides towels and bed linen. There are toilets and bathrooms in the rooms.

Practical Information Media: A tool for Peace Ukraine, October 2013 70 km isnt endless distant, BUT we want you to know that you wont have a time for traveling to the city every evening. So be in the mood to have fun with the group :) The seminar room and dining room are located in the same building. Organizers will provide 3 times meal a day and two coffee breaks. We strongly recommend participants to inform the organizers about any special needs of participants such as dietary, vegetarianism or any other kind of special needs.
WEATHER:

Usually in October it is not very cold in this area, anyway please be prepared for unpredictable rain, or even little snow. Normally temperature is around +5 to +15 C.
TRANSPORT DETAILS:

!!!Note: It is allowed to stay in Ukraine 1 day before and 1 day after the event ONLY if there are no flights or the flights are considerably expensive on arrival/departure dates. Here is a comment made by the Commission 3.1 project officer on this issue: In case of non availability of a flight ticket the expenses might be accepted conditionally. We would need a proof of non availability of flights for the two consecutive days after the end of the Activity (prints from booking sites) and a declaration signed by the participant. The non respect of the rules will lead to the refusal of reimbursement of ineligible part of travel costs. Partners from Moldova and Romania have a possibility to get directly to our city by bus or train because Chernivtsi is situated on a border with these countries. For others, please, !!!Note: As it is impossible to get directly to Chernivtsi by plane, participants can go by plane to Kyiv (IEV or KBP) or Lviv (LWO) and then by train to Chernivtsi (we will help them to buy tickets and to organize their journey to/from Kyiv or Lviv after we'll know their dates and hours of arrival to / departure from). It is allowed to arrive to Lviv or Kyiv one day earlier (on 06 of October) and depart from Lviv or Kyiv one day later (on 16 of October). So we ask participants to check all the possibilities to get to Kyiv or Lviv and write about them to us. After that we will help to plan your journey. Therefore, we kindly ask all of you first to send us your transport details before buying the tickets.
