CALL FOR PROPOSALS FOR THE 2014 Oklahoma LGBTQQIA College Leadership Summit Many Voices, One Spirit

Creating Communities of Inclusion Oklahoma City Community College Oklahoma City, OK March 1, 2014 Students, educators, and practitioners, are invited to submit proposals to present training workshops and organizing strategies at the third annual Oklahoma LGBTQQIA College Leadership Summit (formerly the LGBT College Summit). For the conference in 2014, our focus is on celebrating the diversity of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, questioning, intersex, and allied (LGBTQQIA) community and creating spaces for communication and movement-building that are inclusive and recognize the needs of our many members. We intend to create a dialogue which encourages open discussion and challenges racism, sexism, classism, cisgenderism, and ableism. Students, practitioners, faculty, and education professionals conducting research or who have expertise to share which specifically focuses on the conference theme and/or regarding all issues of concern for bisexual, lesbian, gay, transgender, intersex, queer, allied, and/or questioning students, staff, or faculty who wish to present at the 2014 Oklahoma LGBTQQIA College Summit are encouraged to submit proposals. Possible presentation formats include: Panel discussion Skill-building workshop Round table Poster presentation

Proposals should be no more than two, double- spaced pages using a 12-point font. Each proposal should include the following:
