INSTRUCTIONS FOR RESPONSORING AFFIDAVIT 1. 2. There will be no waivers granted. The responsoring affidavit must be completed and signed by the distributor requesting the responsorship. The responsorship affidavit must be signed before a notary public in the jurisdiction where Distributor is a resident. The responsorship affidavit must be submitted to FLP for verification prior to the processing of any orders and sponsorship of any new distributors.

RESPONSORING POLICY An existing domestic Distributor who has been a distributor for at least 24 months, and who has not purchased any FLP Products for a minimum of twenty-four (24) months, from the Company or from any other Distributors, and has not received any other payments from an FLP Distributor during that same time frame, may be considered for responsoring. The existing Distributor should not have sponsored any other individuals into the FLP business during the previous twenty-four (24) months. The Distributor being responsored will be required to sign and have notarized an affidavit under penalty of perjury with respect to the above policy before responsoring will be allowed. Responsored Distributors will not count towards the sponsoring requirements under the Profit Sharing Incentive Program or any other incentive.
