the cable glands will be produce by high class machinery .In the factory many worker are working for producing the product the size of product start with the 2.5 to 1000 . the finished goods production produce within the 13 days. It is use for electric cable.the product design engineer decide the material to be used to make product the material for industrial goods or consumer goods are made out of different material .cable gland are used for manufacturing gland every manufacturing to facilities movement of material minimum time .

RAWMATERIAL :-The raw material will be

purchase from the company like an ex:- jirgdle, banco , after purchasing raw material then start to produce the product of the company. 3) MACHINERY MAINTENANCE :- To maintenance the machinery oiling within 1 days or 2

days some time it may be continuous day to day for maintaining the machinery oiling is most required .when a machine not get the oil at a time limit they will be not better work for producing high quality of product oiling also required within 1 day or eday for the plus point of the company to maintain their reputation in the market .production is possible only if the production equipment maintencepoilicy for the production department there are preventive and break down maintenances system . Enhancing life of equipment is also required continuing unstopping production on the floor . 4) MACHINERY REPAIR :- Every machinery repair within 3 month and as requirement of machinery for machine go outside amd comes within one week .for better working the machinery repairs is very important in the 3 month because . If machinery not repair within 3 month or as require the production will be stop & the order of the consumer the company not able to provide at the time so there is an a risk to the company because the consumer may transfer to the other company.

5) HOW MACHINERY WORK:-Machinery work as compare to product quantity if the size is big than high quantity of product produce . every producer trying to produce the best quality of product .hence , in the market higher quantity of product will be supply .if product size is small that it take so much of time and there will be small scale of product produce ,when the more quantity of product will be required then the machine was day or overtime work with the worker and labour . 6) WORKING SHIFT:- Worker shift is 1 in day for 8 hour in day from 9 to 5:30 in a factory many labor and workers will be working as a day and if the production .department has to manage the capacity of demand .to satisfy the needs of the consumer at a given period of time the worker has to work in a one day as an overtime work at that time the work get the 20 minute break to continuous for an overtime work. Between this 20 minute break the worker get the Tea, Coffee and biscuit to eat for an able to work for an overtime .

7) ECO FRIENDLY:-As providing product the scrap is Eco friendly the all the scrape of the factory is also Eco friendly .which is not harmful for the factory worker . 8) PRODUCTION IN ONE DAY:- The producer manufacturing the product as compare to the product size .there will be small scale of produce if product size is small as an ex 2.5 or more than & there will be large scale of product produce if product size is big as an ex 1000 or less than . Produce in one day. 9) NO.OF WORKER:- There are 14 no. of worker are working in the factory the worker work shift is only 1 in day .shift for 8 hours in a day from 9 to 5:30 for only producing product near by machinery and for an packaging & distribution or supplier there are No. of worker are working .
