Shutham Electric is an Automotive Switchgear, HVAC Controls and Body Electronics manufacturer, and a leading supplier to OEMs and Tier-Is. He likes to bring in newer and better technologies, functionality and aesthetics by focusing on product design and development. Shutham Electric has developed over 150 Products that are currently in production Dr. Sanjiv Sansgiri is a PhD (Mechanics and Design, Univ. of Akron, USA) and has over 25 years of experience pertaining to engineered products. He led Engineering firms that addressed engineering solutions and services as well as art to part requirements of customers. He was a Lead Engineer for Epsilon Programs at the General Motors Technical Center, USA, and has an extensive proven track record in product design and development Mr. S. K. Shome is an M.Tech (Machine Design, IIT-Kharagpur) with over 45 years of experience in product design and development out of which 32 years were in the Engineering Research Centre of Tata Motors that he was heading at the time of seperation. During his illustrious career, he has also had associations with industry leaders such as Texmaco (Indonesia), Ashok Leyland, Gabriel Shock Absorbers and Britania Engineering Mr. G. M. Ghosh is a B.Tech (Hon) with over 45 years of experience out of which 35 years were in the Engineering Research Centre of Tata Motors Ltd. He spearheaded the vehicle design activity in Body engineering and Special vehicles area. He was entrusted with the co-ordination and design work to meet special requirements for exporting Tata vehicles. He has also engineered many Civil and Construction projects at Damodar Valley Corporation Mr. V. A. Kalgaonkar is an M.Tech (Electrical Machine Design, IIT-Bombay) with over 40 years of experience in the field of Automotive Electrical, Lighting and Signaling systems. He is known for noteworthy contributions at TATA Motors, Texmaco (Indonesia) and Shutham Electric. A Fellow of Indian Society of Lighting Engineers, he has helped prepare the Indian Standards for Auto Electrical items and Road Safety Regulations Mr. K. R. M. Reddy is an M.Tech (Mech. Engg., IIT-Chennai) with over 35 years of experience in the field of Automotive Electrical, Electronics and Mechatronics systems. He headed efforts in his domain at TATA Motors and has also had significant associations with Siemens and Cooper Corporation. He developed the electrical architecture for Indias indigenous car and also helped develop Indian Automotive Application Standards Supporting staff consisting of a strong team of Engineers that are Domain Experts as well as Design Tools specialists
