Conclusion Plants and animal cells commonly have equal size. The difference between both depend on their outer layer. The most outer layer of animal cell is cell membrane, meanwhile the most outer layer of plant cell is cell wall. Beside that, in cytoplasm plant cell contain plastid particularly chloroplast (use photosynthesis process) that there is not on animal cell.
