It has been narrated on the authority of Ibn `Abbs that the Holy Prophet (a.s) supplications that are
dedicated to each of these days with the merits and rewards of reciting them
First Day Supplication:
O Allah: on this day , (please)
decide my fasting to be as same as
the fasting of the true fasters,

allhumma aj`al iymy fhi

iyma alimna

And decide my acts of worships to

be as same as the worship of the
worshippers.

wa qiymy fhi qiyma

alqimna

And (please) awaken me from the

slumber of the inadvertent ones.

wa nabbihny fhi `an nawmati

alghfilna

And excuse my offense on this day,

O the God of the worlds.

wa hab l jurmy fhi y ilha

al`lamna

And (please) pardon me; O He Who

pardons the offender.

w`fu `ann y `fiyan `ani

almujrimna

Second Day Supplication:

O Allah: on this day, (please) take me
near Your pleasure,

allhumma qarribny fhi il

martika

And (please) keep me away on it from

Your wrath and punishments,

wa jannibny fhi min

sakhaika wa naqimtika

And (please) make me succeed in

reciting Your verses,

wa waffiqny fhi liqirati

ytika

biramatika yarama
alrrimna

By Your mercy; O the most Merciful of

all those who show mercy.
Third Day Supplication:
O Allah: on this day, (please)
confer upon me with sound
mentality and acumen,
And take me away from
foolishness and deception,

allhumma arzuqny fhi

aldhdhhna wal-ttnbha

wa b`idny fhi mina

alssfhati wal-ttmhi

And decide for me a share from

each goodness that You descend
on this day,

waj`al l naban min kulli

khayrin tunzilu fhi

By Your magnanimity; O the

most Magnanimous of all those
who are magnanimous.

bijdika y ajwada
alajwadna

Fourth Day Supplication:

O Allah: on this day, (please)
grant me power so that I will
carry out Your order,
And make me taste the nice
flavor of the reference to You,
And arouse me to be thankful for
You, through Your magnanimity,

allhumma qawwny fhi `al

iqmati amrika
wa adhiqny fhi alwata
dhikrika
wa awzi`ny fhi liadi
shukrika bikaramika

And surround me with Your
guarding and covering,
O the best Seer of all those who
can see.

wfany fhi biifika wa

satrika
y abara alnnirna

Fifth Day Supplication:

O Allah: on this day, (please)
include me with the seekers of
Your forgiveness,

allhumma aj`alny fhi mina

almustaghfirna

And include me on it with Your

righteous, submissive servants,

waj`alny fhi min `ibdika

allina alqnitna

And include me on it with Your

favorite, intimate servants;

waj`alny fhi min awliyika

almuqarrbna

Out of Your kindness; O the

most Merciful of all those who
show mercy.

birafatika y arama
alrrimna

Sixth Day Supplication:

O Allah: on this day, (please) do
not disappoint me by allowing
me expose myself to acts of
disobedience to You,

allhumma l takhdhulny
fhi lita`arri ma`iyatika

And do not beat me with the

whips of Your punishment,

wa l taribny bisi
naqimatika

And (please) take me out on this

day from the acts that bring
about Your ire,

wa zaziny fhi min

mjibti sakhaika

Out of Your favoring and

bounties; O the ultimate goal of
the desires of the desirers.

bimannika wa adka y
muntah raghbati
alrrghibna

Seventh Day Supplication:

O Allah: on this day, (please)

help me observe fasting and do
acts of worship,

allhumma a`inn fhi `al

iymihi wa qiymihi

And keep me away on this day

from slips and sins,

wa jannibny fhi min

hafawtihi wa thmihi

And grant me reference to You

throughout it,

warzuqny fhi dhikraka

bidawmihi

Out of Your guiding to success;

O the Guide of the misled ones.

Eighth Day Supplication:
O Allah: on this day, (please)
allhumma arzuqny fhi
grant me having mercy upon the
ramata al-aytmi
orphans,

And serving food,

wa i`ma al`mi

And greeting the people,

wa ifsha alsslmi

wa ubata alkirmi

And accompanying the noble

ones;
Out of Your favoring; O the
Shelter of the hopeful ones.

biawlika ymalja al-milna

Ninth Day Supplication:

O Allah: on this day, (please)
decide for me a share from Your
expansive mercy,

allhumma ij`al l fhi

naban min ramatika
alwsi`ati

And guide me on this day to

Your luminous proofs,

whdiny fhi libarhnika

alssi`ati

And take me from the forelock to

Your all-inclusive satisfaction;

wa khudh biniyaty il
martika aljmi`ati

Out of Your lovingness; O the

hope of the eager ones.

bimaabbtika y amala
almushtqna

Tenth Day Supplication:

O Allah: on this day, (please)

include me with those who rely
upon You,

allhumma aj`alny fhi mina

almutawakkilna `alayka

And include me on this day with

those who win with You,

waj`alny fhi mina alfizna

ladayka

And include me on this day with

those drawn near to You;

waj`alny fhi mina

almuqarrabna ilayka

Out of Your beneficence; O the

ultimate goal of the seekers.

biisnika y ghiyata
allibna

Eleventh Day Supplication:

allhumma abbb ilayya fhi
O Allah: on this day, (please)
alisna
make lovable good-doing for me,
And make abhorrent for me
wickedness and disobedience on
this day,
And prevent me on this day from
exposing myself to wrath and the
Fire;
Out of Your help; O the Aide of
the seekers of aid.
Twelfth Day Supplication:
O Allah: on this day, (please)
adorn me with covering and

wa karrih ilayya fhi alfusqa

wal-`iyna

wa arrm `alayya fhi

alsskhaa wal-nnrna

bi`awnika y ghiytha
almustaghthna

allhumma zayyinny fhi

bilssatri wal-`affi

chastity,
And cover me on it with the
dress of satisfaction and
contentment,

wsturny fhi bilibsi

alqun`i wal-kaffi

And encourage me on this day to

be just and impartial,

wmilny fhi `al al`adli

wal-infi

And secure me against whatever

I fear;

wa minny fhi min kulli m

akhfu

bi`imatika y `imata
alkhifna

Out of Your protection; O the

Shelter of the fearful ones.

Thirteenth Day Supplication:

O Allah: on this day, (please)
purify me against filth and dirt;
And grant me on this day
steadfastness against vicissitude
of time,
And lead me on this day to piety
and companionship of the
upright ones;

allhumma ahhirny fhi

mina alddanasi wal-aqdhri

wa abbirny fhi `al kinti

alaqdri

wa waffiqny fhi lilttq wa

ubati alabrri

bi`awnika y qurrata `ayni

almaskni

Fourteenth Day Supplication:

allhumma l tukhidhny
O Allah: on this day, (please) do
fhi bil`atharti
not blame me for my slips,

Out of Your assistance; O the

delight of the poor ones.

And (please) excuse me on this

day for my wrong deeds and
flaws;
And do not expose me on this
day to misfortunes and
calamities;
Out of Your might; O the Might
of the Muslims

wa aqilny fhi mina

alkhay wal-hafawti

wa l taj`alny fhi gharaan

lilbal wal-fti
bi`izztika y `izz
almuslimna

Fifteenth Day Supplication:

O Allah; on this day, (please)
allhumma irzuqny fhi
provide me with the obedience
`ata alkhshi`na
of those who are fearful of You;
And expand on this day my chest
wshra fhi adry biinbati
by granting me the turning of
almukhbitna
the submissive ones;
Out of Your security; O the
bi-amnika y amna
Grantor of security to the fearful
alkhifna
ones.

Sixteenth Day Supplication:
O Allah: on this day, (please)
allhumma waffiqny fhi
lead me so that I will correspond
limwfaqati alabrri
with the upright ones;

And keep me away on this day

from the company of the evils;

wa jannibny fhi murfaqata

alashrri

And lodge me on this day, on

account of Your mercy, to the
Abode of Perpetual Settlement;

wa iny fhi biramatika il

dri alqarri

Out of Your godhead; O the God

of the worlds.

biilhiyytika y ilha
al`lamna

Seventeenth Day Supplication:

allhumma ahdiny fhi lilii
O Allah; on this day, (please)
ala`mli
guide me to the virtuous deeds;
And settle on this day all my
needs and hopes;

waqi l fhi alawija walmla

O He Who does not require

explanation or wonderment;

y man l yatju il
alttfsri wal-ssuli

O He Who knows what is hidden

in the chest of the peoples.

y `liman bim f udri

al`lamna

(please) send blessings upon

Muammad and his
Householdthe immaculate.

alli `al muammadin wa

lihi alhirna

Eighteenth Day Supplication:

O Allah; on this day, (please)
allhumma nabbhny fhi
attract my attention to the
libarakti asrihi
blessings at the last hours of
night;
And enlighten my heart with the
glow of its light;

wa nawwr fhi qalby biyi

anwrihi

And lead all my organs to the

following of its traces;

wa khudh bikulli a`iy il

attb`i thrihi

Out of Your light; O the Grantor

of light to the hearts of the
connoisseurs.

binrika y munawwra
qulbi al`rifna

Nineteenth Day Supplication:

allhumma wa ffr fhi ay
O Allah: on this day, (please)
min baraktihi
save me a share of its blessings;
And make easy my way to the
obtainment of its goodness;

wa sahhl sabl il khayrtihi

And do not deprive me of Your

approval of the good deeds (that
I do on this day);

wa l tarimny qabla
asantihi

O He Who guides to the evident

truth.

y hdiyan il alaqq
almubni

Twentieth Day Supplication:

O Allah: on this day, (please)
open for me the gates of the

allhumma afta l fhi

abwba aljinni

gardens of Paradise;
And shut in my face the gates of
Hellfire;
And lead me to recite the Qur'n,
O He Who sends down
tranquility in the hearts of the
believers.

wa aghliq `ann fhi abwba

alnnrni
wa waffiqny fhi litilwati
alqurni
y munzila alssknati f
qulbi almuminna

Twenty-First Day Supplication:

O Allah; on this day, (please)

make for me a course that takes
me to Your pleasure;

allhumma aj`al l fhi il

martika dallan

And do not make for Satan a

course to me;

wa l taj`al lilshshni fhi

`alayya sablan

And make Paradise my home

and dwelling;

waj`ali aljannata l manzilan

wa maqlan

O He Who settles the needs of

the beseechers.

y qiya awiji allibna

Twenty-Second Day Supplication:

O Allah; on this day, (please)
allhumma afta l fhi
open before me the doors to
abwba falika
Your graces,
And pour down on me Your
blessings,

wa anzil `alayya fhi

baraktika

And lead me to things that bring

about Your pleasure,

wa waffiqny fhi limjibti

martika

And allow me to reside in the

spacious places from the gardens
of Your Paradise;

wa askinny fhi bubti

janntika

O He Who responds to the

prayer of the distressed ones.

y mujba da`wati
almuarrna

Twenty-Third Day Supplication:

allhumma aghsilny fhi
O Allah; on this day, (please)
mina aldhdhunbi
cleanse me from sinning;
And purify me from defects,
And try my heart with the
cordial piety;
O He Who overlook the slips of
the guilty ones.

wa ahhrny fhi mina

al`uybi
wmtain qalby fhi bitaqw
alqulbi
y muqla `atharti
almudhnibna

Twenty-Fourth Day Supplication:

allhumma inn asaluka fhi
O Allah; on this day, I beseech
m yurka
You for that which pleases You,
And I seek Your protection
against that which hurts You,

wa a`dhu bika mimm

yudhka

And I beseech You for leading
me to obey You and avoid
disobeying You,
O He Who treats the beseechers
magnanimously.

wa asaluka alttawfqa fhi

lian au`aka wa l a`iyaka

y jawda alssilna

Twenty-Fifth Day Supplication:

O Allah; on this day, (please)
allhumma aj`alny fhi
make me bear love for Your
muibban liawliyika
intimate servants,
And bear enmity to Your
enemies,

wa mu`diyan lia`dika

And follow the instruction of the

seal of Your Prophets;

mustannan bisunnati
khtami anbiyika

O the Protector of the Prophets

hearts.

y `ima qulb
alnnabiyyna

Twenty-Sixth Day Supplication:

O Allah: on this day, (please)
allhumma aj`al sa`y fhi
decide my efforts to be
mashkran
praiseworthy,

.

And my sins to be forgiven,

wa dhanby fhi maghfran

And my deeds to be accepted,

wa `amaly fhi maqblan

And my defects to be concealed;

wa `ayby fhi mastran

O the most Hearing of all those

who can hear.

Twenty-Seventh Day Supplication:

O Allah; on this day, (please)
provide me with the merits of
the Grand Night,

And convert my affairs from

difficulty into easiness,
And accept my apologies,
And let off my sins and burdens;
O He Who is kind with His
righteous servants.

allhumma arzuqny fhi fala

laylati alqadri

wa ayyir umry fhi mina

al`usri il aliyusri

wqbal ma`dhr
wa u `ann aldhdhanba
wal-izra
y rafan bi`ibdihi
allina

Twenty-Eighth Day Supplication:

O Allah: on this day, decide for
allhumma waffir ay fhi
me a share of the supererogatory
mina alnnawfili
acts,
And honor me by making me
care for its matters,

wa akrimny fhi biiri

almasili

And make near my means to You
from among the other means;
O He Whom is not preoccupied
by the earnest entreaty of the
insisters.

wa qarrb fhi wa slaty ilayka

min bayni alwasili

y man l yashghaluhu
ilu almulina

Twenty-Ninth Day Supplication:

allhumma ghashshiny fhi
O Allah: on this day, (please)
bilrrmati
spread out mercy over me,
And provide me with success
and protection (against sinning),
And cleanse my heart from the
murk of dubiosity;
O He Who is merciful to His
faithful servants.

warzuqny fhi alttawfqa wal`imata

wa ahhr qalby min

ghayhibi altthamati

y raman bi`ibdihi
almuminna

Thirtieth Day Supplication:

O Allah: on this day, (please)
decide my observing of fasting
on this day to be praiseworthy
and approved by that which is
pleased by You and Your
Messenger,

allhumma aj`al iymy fhi

bilshshkri wal-qabli `al
m tarhu wa yarhu
alrrslu

And decide its parts to be

corresponding with its
fundamentals;

mukamatan fur`uhu
bilauli

by our master, Muammad, and

his Householdthe immaculate.

biaqqi sayydin
muammadin wa lihi
alhirna

All praise be to Allah; the Lord

of the worlds.
