The application called Document Delivery Facility (DDF) helps Fannie Mae to purchase the loans after certifying the customer data, lenders data with the physical documents received from the lenders.DDF system receives single and multi family loans from different systems called MBS Pool and Delivery and certify these loans by verifying with the physical documents received directly from the lenders. Loans will be purchased/rejected by Fannie Mae based on the certification status received from DDF.
