Soul Mates

For years, I dreamed of a man that I was to be with later on in my
life. I knew that he would have brown hair and blue eyes. As time
passed, I knew that this person would be from Montana. I knew
that he was a rancher or a farmer; I could not decide which one it
would be, but I knew that it was one of the two, and I knew that
he would have a child. When I frst dreamed about him, I knew
that he was already married, but that he would become divorced.
As time drew near Ior our frst meeting, I knew that he would be
driving an old blue and white truck and that his child was a young
boy. For some inexplicable reasons I could not reach the man di-
rectly. It was through the dreams oI the little boy that I attempted
to reach him, to have him tell his Iather that I was coming. For
years, I had intermittent dreams oI becoming a great Iemale wolI
and running with a pack. In the Iorm oI this wolI, I would run into
the little boys dreams. In this form I would attempt communicate
that I was coming to see his Iather someday. The recurring dreams
terrifed the little boy and he would wake up screaming and crying.
These dreams went on Ior some years with no success at commu-
nication. It was not until years later in 1997 that I met this man.

My Little Story

From my dreams, I would always call him my guy Irom Monta-
na. I asked the Creator time and time again, what his name was, but I
was told simply that he was my 'guy Irom Montana. In my waking
hours, I would tell my friends about the kind of man that I wanted,
hoping that my man Irom Montana was the 'one. I was having a di-
scussion with one oI my Iriends. I realize now that I was maniIesting
Ior my soul mate, because I began to speciIy to her just what I needed
in a man or I was going to give up. I told her that I wanted a man that
was tall with blue eyes and brown hair. I told her that he had to be sta-
ble and I wanted the man that I dreamed of, my man from Montana.
In 1997, I met a man whose name was Guy Stibal. (Get
it?) Stibal sounds like stable.) When I saw my Iriend again
she heard Guy`s last name and said, 'Boy, can you maniIest!
Guy was a farmer and a rancher. He farmed on the family farm
in Idaho and he worked on the ranch in Montana in the sum-
mer. He told me that his son had dreamt Ior a long time about
wolves that kept coming into his dreams and waking him up.
I had seen this man in such detail that when I met him, I thought the
Creator was playing a joke on me, Ior certainly it could not be this easy.
To this day, I know that the Creator gives you all the answers
you need. My husbands name is Guy and he is from Montana- My
Guy Irom Montana. He is a partner with me on this journey, sup-
porting me completely in the creation oI ThetaHealing as we travel
to diIIerent places in the world-teaching people. This story is de-
dicated to my husband, and to remind you to trust your intuition.

Many people are conIused by the phrase 'soul mate. Most oI this
confusion is caused because there is more than one soul mate for
each person on the earth. A soul mate is anyone that you have known
from some other place in time, such as the pre-existence. Soul mates
are sometimes compatible and sometimes not, but your heart will
instinctively remember and love them. A soul mate has a magnetic
pull that makes your heart beat faster and your palms become swea-
ty. A soul mate has something special inside. Your heart is excited to
see them, and when you are apart, you cannot wait to see them again.
I believe that since the year 1998 more soul mates are fnding
each other than at any other time in history. Because oI the change in
the electromagnetic pull oI the earth and the spiritual development
we are attaining, it is a time when we are beginning to love ourselves.
When you can truly love yourself, you are ready for a soul mate. A
soul mate can make you happy or tear you apart, depending on how
you feel about yourself. If you have not arrived at a point in time
when you can truly love yourselI, a soul mate relationship will drag
you over the coals. As soon as you commence to love yourself, there
is an interesting energy that opens in the heart chakra. This energy
triggers your sexual chakra which also calls to your soul mate. When
you begin to call Ior your soul mate, you will fnd that you draw other
people to you who are attracted to your energy. Not everyone that
is going to be attracted to you is your soul mate. It is very important
that you bring to you the right mate to walk with you through liIe.
When asking the Creator Ior a soul mate, make sure you ask
Ior a compatible soul mate. Always be specifc when asking the
Creator for a soul mate, and ask for one that is compatible to you.
Some people are conIused and ask the Creator Ior a twin fame.

A twin fame is someone who is exactly like you, and unless you
truly like yourselI, most people will not fnd this match compatible.
A soul mate only completes you. Another person cannot
make you complete; you must frst be complete on your own. II
you are not a whole person in and of yourself, then you have no-
thing to bring to the relationship. Be extremely careIul when
you ask Ior a soul mate; know exactly what you are asking Ior
so that you will recognize that person when you fnd them.
Soul mates are part of the evolution of the earth. As true part-
ners, a couple can evolve and change together. Part oI the evolution
oI human beings is to learn to accept others Ior whom and what they
are. It is very important that you do not romanticize so much about a
partner that you do not see them Ior who they are. The term 'love is
blind applies to soul mates as well. It is imperative that when you
fnd your soul mate, that you accept this person Ior who they are.
Many people are generous by nature and have a tendency to give
all the time. Because of this they will draw soul mates to them that
are not generous and take Irom the relationship more than they give.
Be certain that you are ready Ior a soul mate to give you back the love
that you give. Always make sure that you can accept and receive joy,
and that you can accept and receive love iI you are looking Ior a com-
patible soul mate. Energy Test Ior the Program that love hurts and re-
place it with the program that the Creator tells you to replace it with.

These Programs should also be present in the other person Ior
them to be your most compatible soul mate. In reading sessions, I see
women all the time that say, 'There is nothing out there but rotten men.
As a consequence, all they ever fnd are rotten men. I hear the same
thing Irom the men that I talk with. They say, 'There is nothing out
there but women who use men, Because this is what they believe, that
is all they fnd. Your subconscious will bring to you what it is told to.
There is a great deal oI controversy evolving around whether
or not a person can love more than one person. I believe that a per-
son can defnitely love more than one person. However, I also belie-
ve that the higher evolution oI a being is to love one person totally
and completely. I believe that to say that you love more than one
person is a kind oI cop out, because then you are not obligated to
knowing a person completely and committing to them as a partner.
Energy Test For

'I believe I can be loved by another person.
'I can receive love Irom another person.

However, it is important to know that soul mates are out
there and are very likely searching Ior you. It is possi-
ble to fnd the perIect soul mate Ior your liIe`s journey.

If you believe you have existed before you were born, a soul
mate is someone you have known beIore. Perhaps it is someone you
knew in another time or place, or someone that you have been dre-
aming into liIe. A soul mate is someone that Ior some inexplicable
reason, knows you totally and completely. When you walk into the
room you will recognize them immediately as someone you have
known beIore, but you are not certain that you know why. This is a
Ieeling oI deja vu, as though you have experienced these circumstan-
ces beIore. You appreciate the way the person moves, you remember
the energy that fashes Irom their eyes, coming Irom another place
and time. You have a strong and intense attraction along with the
soul recognition oI the person. The diIIerence between a soul mate
and a soul family is that soul family members have particular spiri-
tual energies that you have experienced beIore in a non-sensual and
nonsexual familiarity with a brotherly or sisterly love. A soul mate
is different in that you have a sensual and sexual attraction, as well
as a mental and spiritual magnetism that is between you.
You can fnd soul mates all the time. Most people have more
than one. Do you have to have a soul mate to be happy? Of course
not! You can always create a new soul mate in this place and time.
However, many oI us are looking Ior something that is already on a
deeper level.

Many oI us are looking Ior a love that is deep and unquen-
chable, something that was with us beIore we came here and
will be with us forever; a special someone to share our thou-
ghts and Ieelings with and still have the ability to share their
thoughts and Ieelings. We are looking Ior someone to walk
with us throughout our liIe and beyond, something lasting.

You probably have more than one soul mate. Some people have
many, but the important thing is when choosing a soul mate is that
you manifest for your most compatible soul mate.
Some people hnd their soul mate before thev love themselves. The
best time to fnd a soul mate is when you love yourselI and are proud
of whom you are. When you love and know yourself, this is when
you are ready for your most compatible soul mate. When you feel
like you do not need someone to make your liIe Iulflled, this is the
appropriate time to bring your most compatible soul mate into your
life. Many people believe that they cannot be fully complete un-
less they fnd their soul mate. To be truly compatible, both people
love themselves and are happy inside. This is what that makes these
energies truly compatible. Many people demand to have their most
compatible soul mate and they are not ready for this person.
Many people will sit down and write a long list oI what they want in
another person. I know people that wrote down everything that they
could think oI on their list, but Iorgot the most important thing. That
they were compatible to them and that they were in love.
Always ask Ior your most compatible soul mate in the highest and
best way when you send your message out to the universe through
the Creator oI All That Is, and you have a much better chance oI
fnding one that is attuned to you, mentally, sexually, spiritually,
physically and emotionally.

When you frst meet a person, you should fnd out iI the Ieelings that
you are having Ior the person are real or just physical attraction.
It is important when you fnd your soul mate that you do not chase
them oII by being over exuberant towards them. I have observed in
many people when they frst meet that they use the claim they knew
them in a past life and that they are their soul mate as a come-on. I
do not think there is anything more Irightening than to have someo-
ne that you just met tell you that they are your soul mate.
Right beIore you fnd your most compatible soul mate you will have
this overwhelming and Ioreboding sense oI loneliness. This is a good
indicator that a special someone is out there around the corner. I
know many people cannot fnd their soul mates simply because they
are looking so hard. There is a proper way to go about fnding your
most compatible soul mate. That is by allowing them to fnd you,
and allowing the universe to serve you. Just because you are ready
for your most compatible, soul mate does not mean that the other
person out there in the universe is ready Ior you. We are all evolving
at different levels at different times. However, I believe that there is
someone out there for everyone.
Some people spend so much time taking care oI their parents that
they never have a chance to fnd a soul mate Ior themselves. In
this case, they may have made some kind of unconscious vow. In
a strange sort oI way, they are married to their parents and these
unconscious oaths and vows can keep them Irom fnding their soul
mate as well. On some level, people sabotage themselves because
they are aIraid oI sharing their whole being with another person.
They are aIraid oI sharing their love, and aIraid oI letting someone
in to truly love them. We can comfortably say that their unconscious
mind is sabotaging them.

Some people ask the divine, 'When will I meet my soul mate?
They are given a date and sometimes a time. The date and time pas-
ses, and they are unaware that they have met their soul mate and lost
the opportunity. When they asked the divine these questions, what
they are getting is possibilities oI when and how they can meet their
soul mate.
I know of many people that were told by the divine that they should
move Irom the place that they are currently living in order to meet
their most compatible soul mate. However, they refused to move,
and guess what? They did not meet their most compatible soul mate.
Are you ready to take the actions needed to be with that special so-
meone? The divine can direct and guide us, but we have to take the
right actions to make things happen in our lives.
You should work on your issues oI trust oI the universe to bring you
together with your soul mate. There is nothing wrong with searching
Ior your soul mate, but when searching Ior your soul mate becomes
compulsive behavior, the search becomes the only goal and there is
no completion. It is like a mystical quest for the Holy Grail that has
no beginning and no end. It is the Quest that is the nexus oI their
being, and not the conclusion. You can become so used to talking
about how you do not have a soul mate that this is all that you will
maniIest. This is telling your subconscious mind, day in and day
out, 'I can't fnd my soul mate, and 'There's no one out there Ior
me. 'Why haven't I Iound him or her yet, why have I been Iorgot-
ten? All these words are sabotaging the universe Irom creating a si-
tuation so that you can meet that most important person in your life.

Here is another scenario I see in clients and students: 'I want my
soul mate to love me Ior just me.

When someone people fnally does fnd a soul mate, it is all about
you, and nothing about the other person. Both people should Ieel
Iree to be open share how they make a living, their likes and dislikes
and all the many facets of their personality in comfort and safety.
The couple should Ieel be Iree to share proIound parts oI themsel-
ves, otherwise the relationship will be built upon a faade. It will be
based upon the wants and needs of one or the other of the party and
not both. The truth is that everything should be talked about at Iace
value.

It is likely that once you begin to maniIest Ior a soul mate you will
bring in more than one at the same time. This is because you will be
giving a signal out to universe that you really love yourselI, and that
you are ready. When the signal begins to be sent out and broadca-
sted, it is likely that more than one soul mate will be brought into
your liIe to answer this call. Many people give up fnding soul mates
and they believe it is wrong to wish Ior romance. This is too bad.
There is a special person out there Ior you and romance. Open your
eyes to the world around you and you will fnd them. A soul mate is
there to listen, to be with you, and vice-versa. Together the two oI
you can be Iree Irom loneliness. You can be aIIected by the thoughts
oI the people you are in close proximity with. The company you
keep is one oI the most important things you can do Ior your heart.
The person that you are with should have a matching vibration to
your own. Communication with this person is important. You might
be with your soul mate and not know it, because you do not commu-
nicate with them. Many people do not know how to love their soul
mates because they have never been taught these Ieelings.

It is hard to attract a soul mate iI you are unable to give back.

Remember everyone will be in a different place with these issues.
A conficting BelieI System would be to maniIest to be completely
independent and at the same time asking Ior a soul mate to share in
your liIe. These two BelieI Systems confict with one another.

Soul Families are our eternal support system and are drawn toge-
ther to do the work of the Creator. Soul Families descend to inhabit
physical Iamilies on this Plane. ThetaHealing is collecting the Soul
Families together to do the work oI the Creator. ThetaHealing is de-
signed to bring the Soul Families together once again.
There is a diIIerence between a Soul Family and a Soul Mate. Soul
mates have been in passionate love that spans through time and all
the Planes oI Existence. Throughout time, there is always a lasting
passion between them.

There are more soul mates to choose Irom now than ever be-
Iore. One person may have dozens oI soul mates, ranging in many
diIIerent ages, shapes and sizes. An individual has more than one
compatible soul mate.
The individual must love himselI or herselI beIore calling in a
soul mate. Once you manifest for a soul mate, the level of evolve-
ment you have as a person will dictate the soul mate that you draw
Irom the All That Is energy.

People are drawn to one another Ior the negative that they have
in common as well as the positive. You should remove as many ne-
gative belieIs and do Feeling Work on yourselI to draw to yourselI
the best person you can.
A twin fame is someone exactly like you. They mirror you
exactly and this may not be good.
When you draw your soul mate to you through the Theta Tech-
nique or other maniIesting techniques, be aware that you will attract
other people to you since your sexual chakra will be open. In the
command process, it is important to state, I have my most compati-
ble soul-mate, rather than saying, 'I need my most compatible soul
mate.
You should speciIy that you receive the opposite or same sex,
depending upon preIerence. II you ask Ior a soul mate, state that the
individual is of the same species that you are, since you may receive
a dog Ior a soul mate.
Make a list oI the criteria Ior the soul mate you wish to draw,
and state the complete list in your command.
A compatible soul mate will fow with you. You will mesh with
that individual with little or no friction. Usually you will have Be-
lieI-work to do together.
LiIe is about choices. II you wish to break up Irom your present
relationship, this is between you and God. Ask God if your relation-
ship could (or should) be saved and how; then decide to ask for a
new soul mate.

Do not ask Ior a perIect soul mate, since this person may be too
perfect. Instead, ask for your most compatible soul mate.
Soul Iamilies and soul mates are people whose spirits we re-
cognize Irom other places and times. We seem to 'know them and
can read their minds easily. Soul families have a tendency to travel
through time together.
II you have a preIerence as to whether or not someone is Iaith-
Iul sexually, speciIy your soul-mate has a monogamy gene, which
not everyone carries.
Soul mates are not hard to fnd, and you may not want them
once you fnd them.
'Instead oI maniIesting that you want a most compatible
soul-mate, you want to ask for a most compatible life mate. If you
command Ior a most compatible soul-mate now, it starts pulling in
whoever is the most compatible person that has the closest to com-
patibility at this space in time.

Mother Earth, which is a part oI All That Is.

3. Go beyond the Universe, past the white lights, past the dark
light, past the white light, past the jelly-like substance that is the
Laws, into a pearly iridescent white light, into the Seventh Plane oI
Existence.
4. Make the command, 'Creator oI All That Is, It is commanded
that my most compatible soul mate be brought to me, and that they
have these attributes (state attributes). Thank you! It is done. It is
done. It is done.
5. Witness the call to your most compatible soul mate being sent
out.
6. As soon as the process is fnished, rinse yourselI oII and put
yourself back into your space. Go into the Earth and pull the earth
energy up through all your chakras to your crown chakra and make
an Energy Break.
7. In some instances these Ieelings and memories will bring two
people together in matrimony (marriage) that were once part oI the
same Soul Family when they where on the FiIth Plane. Because oI
this, there is no lasting passion between the two people, as it is like
a brother and a sister marrying without knowing it. There is a diI-
ference between a Soul Family and a Soul Mate. Soul mates have
been in passionate love that spans through time and many Planes oI
Existence.

Creator oI All That Is,
All that I can and will be today upon my request, I give a prayer to
thee.
I pray that I will fnd my person, the one that is Ior me.
The one that can join with me, and allow me to be Iree.
I pray that this person will be the one and only one.
The one that makes my heart Ieel grand, to become as one with me.
I pray to you, hear my plea and I will fnd the one Ior me.
Over the waters and over the sea, I know there is the one for me.
I pray that I will fnd them soon, and they will fnd me.
Then we will live our lives together as one in one to be.
With the knowing that being with another may not be the easiest.
With the knowing that being with another can be a challenge,
This is just the thing that flls me with glee.
I pray that I will fnd the one to share my liIe,
To watch the sunsets and laugh and play with me.
To grow together until we are very old,
Until the time to leave has come,
I pray that we will leave together Ior a higher plane,
This true love, I do deserve,
With this request, I now pray, that I will soon be served.

One hidden Program that many people have is that oI still believing
that they are married to another person even when they are separa-
ted or physically divorced from them. If the person became deeply
attached to the person, it may not matter if they were married or not,
on an unconscious level they still believe that they are. Energy Test
the person to fnd out iI they still believe that they are still married to
the person energetically. The Program that comes up is 'I am marri-
ed to (Persons name). You would be surprised at how many people
have not severed their energetic commitment to a past love.
