h. Q: When did you find out about the Libelous Article? A: Sometime in 18 March 2012. i. Q: On what newspaper? A: Newspaper today. j. Q: Can you please be more specific? A: On the News Today dated 18 March 2012, Opinion Section, Page 5. k. Q: Who is the writer of the libelous articles? A: It stated in the article that it is Ariel Rueter. l. Q: What was your reaction when you read the article? A: I was surprised and angry. m. Q: Why were you surprised and angry? A: Because I never did the acts they are imputing in the said article. n. Q: What did you do after reading the article? A: I called the publisher. o. Q: What did you say to the publisher? A: I asked them what was their basis? p. Q: And he answered? A: He said that he need not tell me their source and also said that I will lose the next election if I will not give them their share. Further affiant sayeth none.
