PREFACE

A good professional course must include in its curriculum practical training. This happens to be true in case of MASTER OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION (MBA) at. DASS COLLEGE OF MANAGEMENT AND TECHNOLOGY, DEHRADUN In this institute each student has to undergo summer training in business/ industrial Organization for a period of three months. I was lucky enough to undergo my practical training in HDFC LTD. Dehradun. I have found my training to be very useful in synchronizing my theoretical Knowledge with practice. The information was obtained through old records of the Company and personal discussions held with middle and top-level managements.

This report consists of the profile of the company, which includes its mission, objectives, companys product profile and their application. Showing ratio disbursed by HDFC , calculating different ratios to evaluate the financial position of the company. The next section includes findings/suggestions, which are made during the analysis/interpretation.
