Vehicle note:

* This wire is the same for the 2.7L, 3.2L and 3.5L engine. (See exploded view) ** This vehicle uses a single wire doorlock system with resistors. A 2700-ohm resistor will lock the doors and a 620-ohm resistor will unlock the doors. If the vehicle is equipped with a factory alarm, the LT.GREEN/ORANGE security wire will lock and unlock the doors making the use of the WHITE/LT.GREEN doorlock wire unnecessary. See the DOORLOCK diagram. *** The fuse-panel/junction block is located below the driver's side of the dash above the kickpanel. See the DOORLOCK diagram

for the exact location of the wire you need. **** This vehicle uses a single wire with resistors for arm/disarm. A 1500-ohm resistor will arm and lock the doors. A 900-ohm resistor will disarm (double pulse to unlock doors). When using this wire, the doorlock wire is not needed since the security wire will also operate the doorlocks. ***** Located under the hood on the left side of the distribution block. There are 2 connectors on the PCM, C2 is the one closest to the front of the vehicle. The plastic cover on the connector can be removed by pressing on the tab on each side.
