The Contractor is advised to submit cost proposalfor each stage separately. Please be advised NOT to mix quantity between Stage 1 and Stage 2.

proposal biaya untuk setiap stage pekerjaan secara terpisah. Tolong agar TIDAK mencampur
kuantiti/jumlah antara Stage

I dan Stage 2.

Performing the works as per PTAR HSE Standard. Melaksanakan pekerjaan sesuaidengan standard HSE PTAR. Performing the works as per PTAR QA/QC standard. Melaksanakan pekerjaan sesuaidengan standar Q,A/QC.

8. Administration and papenvork. Pekerjaan administrasidan laporan-laporan. 9. PTAR free issued material: concrete. Material disediakan PTAR: beton.
