where your most active clients, influencers or customers spend time in the world wide webthen hear them out and take notes. There are tools out there that you can take advantage of to tune in to What-Do-You-Have-To-Say-About-Me FM such as: Twitter Search, Google Blog Search, Ice Rocket, Technorati, Bloglines and many more. KEY NO. 2 Almost therebut not quite! SITCH NO. 3 You opt to try a couple more tactics. You post different content like quotes, videos and images You pray someone sees, likes and shares all your posts like crazy; notices your business and buys your product/services. Days, weeks, months passes you by but you dont get any sales and at this point you are already convinced that no one really likes what you offer.so you GIVE UP. ENGAGE. ENGAGE. ENGAGE. Next up is to regularly exercise and employ your social media channels to interact with your prospective clients/ customers. When you start paying close attention to the conversations, you might find out things about your business that arent very good. Thats fine. Your job now is to engage with these customers to figure out a way to help them. Be willing to acknowledge mistakes or oversights when they happen. Youll be surprised but customers are notably forgiving when a business engages in an honest and humble manner. One good example is Starbucks on Twitter. It shares customer comments, local specials and interacts with clients on their page by asking questions like what their fave products are. Its open and pleasantly casual, but subtly appeals to the attractiveness of Starbucks brand. KEY NO. 3 HAND OUT AND HAND OVER. Is your team always in communication with possible clients, influencers and current customers on your social media channels? If yes, how involved are they? Do you publish engaging and interesting content that aids your prospects and make their jobs easier? How many times do you blog, post images on Flickr, Pinterest or Tumblr? How often do send out Tweets in a day? Do you comment on other blogs & Podcast and upload videos on YouTube among other things? The more content you come up with or curate and publish on your social media channels, the more traffic you can magnetize to your website. this will absolutely help you increase sales. KEY NO. 4 TOOLS MASTERING 101. It is so important to mesh your social media and business strategy together; but without a know-how of what social media and social networking sites capacitates you to do, its very challenging to figure out how to do that. A good social media site to look into is Twitter, while it provides an almost unrestricted way for you to engage with your clientsit only allows you to type 140 characters at a time. So, posting how-to articles about your product will be more effective when posted on YouTube as a video. And then theres Facebook which lets us see who our friends know; LinkedIn Answers is a wonderful place to answer organization focused queries than any other social media channel. Thoroughly explore your chosen social media channels to get business value out of your own social media strategies and activities. Hire an expert if you may to learn more of where to focus your time to get the best return. KEY NO. 5

Should I give up now? He just cant let His humble servant in you stay in those situation forever, so

1 Connect with Your Fans People on Facebook dont want to connect with a Logo they want to connect with REAL PEOPLE. That means you need to communicate with them accordingly. Invite people behind the scenes and show them you are real (video works well for this). Show them what interests you (so they can identify and connect with you). Create MEANINGFUL posts by adding a human touch peoples B.S radars are at an all-time high be genuine and you will grow your connections. 2 Create Unique and Engaging Content Photos are the number one thing people relate to best on Facebook. Take the time to develop your content so that it includes a combination of Video, Images and Articles remember, not everyone likes to watch video and not everyone likes to read create a blend of both. Its important to share other peoples content; however, creating your own unique content is absolutely critical to a successful Facebook Campaign. 3 -Create Engaging Dialogue You MUST find a way to get people sharing and commenting on your Fanpage The future reach of your content depends on it. If people arent engaging with your content, you are missing the boat big time. Make it a point to ask engaging questions get people to comment on your content and encourage them to share their own content on your page. The more interaction, the better. 4 Be Consistent The number one reason for failure in Facebook Marketing is inconsistency. You must post consistently that does not mean you need to post 10 times a day! In most cases, once per day is enough (depending on your niche). What you dont want to do is post once a month and expect results Remember, your Facebook Fan Page is a Dynamic Billboard on the busiest highway in the world take advantage of it and POST CONSISTENTLY. 5 Tell Your Fans What To Do In a meaningful way, of course. If you want them to share your post TELL THEM! If you want them to like your post TELL them! Make your post actionable and your results will increase dramatically. 6 Monitor your Metrics You must understand what metrics are important and which to monitor like a hawk. You need to know what types of posts are engaging your community. The cool thing about Facebook: They tell you exactly what posts are popular and what are not. Use this data to create your future content. 7 Spotlight Your Fans You can pick up serious momentum by spotlighting your fans. Contests are a great way to get your community active and posting the winner of a contest allows you to spotlight them. When you spotlight your Facebook Fans, you are giving them exposure (which in turn is giving YOU exposure). 8 Create a Bridge between your Fanpage and Your Website

Remember what we said in episode one of our series? NO DIRECT SELLING ON FACEBOOK! Do your selling on your website but create interest on Facebook. There are several ways to accomplish this but BE CAREFUL. The number one reason people leave a Facebook community is because of too much Promotion and not enough engaging content. 9. Keep Your Text to a minimum We stated this earlier, but IMAGES perform far better than text. Why is that? You have to remember that people are viewing your posts in THEIR NEWS FEEDS NOT YOUR ACTUAL FAN PAGE. There are also dozens of other posts dripping across your fans newsfeed so you are essentially competing for their attention. If you post a lot of text, people will generally skip right over it. An image, on the other hand well, it can speak 1000 words. 10. PROMOTE Your Posts Whoever said Facebook marketing was FREE- Lied to you (or they had no clue what they are talking about). If you really want to be noticed on Facebook, you will need to setup a budget to: 1) attract new fans 2) Get your content seen by the masses. The biggest myth in Facebook Marketing is that everyone sees your content when you post > this is absolutely NOT true. Facebook is free for people to use; however, if you want your content to be seen plan on spending money (it is still one of the cheapest forms of advertising you can do). Facebook Content Series

i. I am Jordan Lung - Like you I watch dozens of videos each month. And when I am looking for a laugh, I dont care as much about the video quality and the audio quality nor do I care as much about scripting and special effects. I just want to see some crazy joker trip and fall down the stairs or a wild cat attacking someone. But when I do watch an informative teaching video and a professional video, I expect five key elements in that video.

One, shoot HD-quality video. The video quality is the very first thing you notice. Within a split second you can see if the video is pixilated, poorly lit and blurry. Fortunately nearly all smartphones record in 720 or 1080 HD video. Quality video relies heavily on proper lighting, exposure and color balance.

Two, record quality audio. Use either a lapel, handheld, or a shotgun like to capture crisp and professional sounding audio. Many video cameras have a microphone jack to plug a mic into but many do not. So what do you do? You either closer to the camera to reduce the background noise or purchase an external audio recorder to plug your mic into. Three, choose a suitable location. If you like the option of a green screen, use that. Heres what this screen actually looks like. Pretty cool, huh? If you are outside a studio, look for natural lighting that isnt too harsh. The perfect time to film is at sunrise and sunset, because that light naturally lights your face. If you are a realtor shooting a video, go to a quiet neighborhood stand and in front of a beautiful home. The location must match your profession and identity. Otherwise, it just wont make sense. Fourth, use a tripod. Shaky video can make you sick and even ____1:59 your previous meal. So please dont do that to people watching your videos. By using a tripod, your video becomes a smooth picture and pleasant to view. And lastly, write a compelling message. And include things like questions that make your audience think, ways to relate to your audience, charisma, relevant facts that prove your points and natural and organized flow of thoughts, and a call to action. So, if you include quality video, quality audio, a suitable location, a tripod and a compelling message, you will be making videos worth bragging over. However, if you dont want to invest all that time into filming, into editing, as well as the money into equipment et cetera, Id happy and honored to help you out with that.

The Busiest Interstate in the United States has roughly 374,000 traveling on it per day (Hwy 405 in Los Angles) Having an ACTIVE Facebook Fan page is like having an Billboard on the busiest highway in the world. But your billboard doesnt just sit there it is DYNAMIC. 1. Your Billboard allows you to interact with the people driving by. 2. Your Billboard allows you to collect data about the people driving by. 3. Your Billboard allows you to change the message you want to deliver AS MUCH AS YOU WANT. 4. Your Billboard allows you to target only the cars you want it to (if you wish) Understanding just how many people you can reach (and how quickly) is extremely important. Companies spend THOUSANDS of dollars on Billboards ever month yet many of the fail to realize how much larger of an audience they can get in front of with Facebook. If your company is paying to be on a Billboard then Facebook Marketing should REALLY excite you

Facebook Mindset #2 Your customers are on Facebook and EXPECT you to be there as well.
Facebook has become so big that consumers have come to expect your brand to be on it. In many cases, consumers will look you up on Facebook BEFORE they research your website.

acebook is an excellent platform to reach existing and potential customers. That being said, you must understand that marketing on Facebook is completely different than traditional marketing. If you go into a Facebook Marketing Campaign without the proper MINDSET you are setting yourself up for failure.
