VARIETY: 100% Tinta de Toro PREPARATION: Vineyards of 3-15 3 15 years. Manual harvest. Cooling tank vatting mass before the beginning of fermentation. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with temperature control. Fermentation temperature: 25 C in order to save the component from the grape fruit. Length of maceration: 12 days. After it is racked to cement tanks where done naturally malolactic fermentation. After completing this wine is racked to another tank to the final processes of clarification through protein fining and cold stabilization. Then The proceed to bottling and labeling. TASTING NOTE: It has a brilliant garnet color and aromas of black and red fruits on the nose. The palate is balanced and friendly, full-bodied, full bodied, elegant and harmonious finish. VARIETY: 100% Tinta de Toro PREPARATION: Vineyards of 15-30 15 30 years. Manual harvest. Cooling tank vatting mass before the beginning of fermentation. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with temperature control. Fermentation temperature: 28 C in order to extract tannin and phenolic compounds necessary for barrel aging.
