Dear Parents, Registration is now open for Cardinal Foleys fall athletic teams.

The fees established for the particular team are outlined below. Please fill out one registration form per child and return forms and payment to the school office. Checks should be made out to Cardinal Foley CYO. All registration forms should be returned by July 15. Please take a moment to express your childs interest in playing other sports offered by the Cardinal Foley CYO Program in the coming year. This information will be an asset in planning the programs for winter and spring. Cardinal Foley CYO Fees Fall 2013 Cross Country (Co-ed, Grades K-8) o $30 per child o Family rate of $50 (two or more children) Flag Football (Co-ed, Grades 1-2 and 3-4) o $35 per child o Additional jersey fee of $40 Soccer (Co-ed, Grades 5-6 and 7-8) o $65 per child Volleyball (Girls, Grades 5-6 and 7-8) o $80 per child

A reminder about eligibility requirements:

Must be a student of Cardinal Foley School. Student has the option to participate for the school program or his/her parish program. Once a student selects a program in a sport that is offered by both the school and the parish, he/she is to remain with that program for the remainder of the school year. If a particular sport is offered by the parish program, but not the school, then the student has the ability to participate in the parish program without his/her eligibility for the school program being impacted.
