DEEP DARK CHOCOLATE CAKE

3 cup flour 4 cups sugar 1 to 2 cups cocoa 4 eggs 2 cups evaporated milk 3 tsp baking powder 3 tsp baking soda 2 tsp salt 1 cup veg oil 2 cups boiling water PROCEDURE: 1.mix all dry ingredients 2.make a wheel,pour liquid ingredients 3.blend well and add the boiling water last 4.bake for 45 mins. At 350 fahreinheit

TOPPINGS 1 can condensed milk or ups cocoa 1 cup butter or cup or 3 tbsp or cup or cup of evaporated milk Or 1tbsp coffee,1 cup evaporated milk 1 butter,4 tbsp cocoa

GERMAN CHOCOLATE CAKE


1 cup butter 2 cup sugar 4 pcs eggs Dry ingredients, 4 additions to be mixed 3 cups softed cake flour 1 cup cocoa 2 tsp baking soda Liquid ingredients 2 cups diluted milk 1 tsp vanilla 2 tsp vinegar 2 tsp cuam de cocoa Note:vanilla last addition PROCEDURE: 1. 1 cream butter until fluffyadd sugar gradually,continouosly beating after each addition 2. 2.add eggs one at a time beat thouroughly 3. add dry ingredients alternately with liquid ingredients 4. add vinegar and cream de cocoa last beat just enough to blend 5. transfer to a double recipe pan 12 x 9 in diameter or 2 standard size pans 6. bake at 375 fahreinheit for 1 hour and 15 minutes 7. allow to cool before frosting Boiled Chocolate frosting In a heavy kettle boil with continouos stirring the following: 1 cup evap milk 1 cup sugar 3 tbsp cocoa 3 tbsp butter 1 tsp vanilla Boil the above until spreading consistencyspread on cake immediately and comb smoother the surfacesprinkle nuts on top of frosted cake.

FRUIT CAKE
A. 2 cup glazed fruit 2 up raisins 2 cup casoy 1 cup cherries cup marmalade B. Soak the above ingredients for 2 hrs in the fff mixture cup molasses-brown sugar cup wine(tanduay) cup maple syrup or honey or corn syrup 1 cup pineapple juice or grape juie or grape juice C. Dry ingredients 7 cup all purpose flour 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp baking powder 1 tbsp cinnamon tsp nutmeg tsp all spice tsp cloises C. Cream the ff. 2 bars anchor butter 3 cups brown sugar 7 pcs eggs E. drain the soaked ingredients PROCEDURE: 1 .cream butter until light and fluffy 2. add sugar gradually 3. add eggs one at a time 4. add dry ingredients alternating with soaked solution 5 .fold in fruits and nut mixture and nut mixture 6 . transfer to individual mold 7. bake at 275-300 fahreinheit for 2 hrs Cool cake thoroughly and brush surface with equal amount of wine syrup honey before covering with foil.

CHEESE CUPCAKE
- 1cup butter cup sugar 2-3 pcs eggs 3 cups cake flour 1 tsp baking powder 1 can tall condensed milk 1 cup grated cheese cup water or evap milk

PROCEDURE
1.cream butter..add sugar gradually 2.add eggs one at a time 3.add flour alternating with condensed milk 4.fold in grated cheese 5.transfer to prepared mold or tray 6.bake in moderate oven 375 fahreinheit for 20 mins

RAINBOW CAKE
1 cup butter 1 cup refine sugar 4 pcs eggs 2 up all purpose flour 1 tsp vanilla 1 tbsp baking powder 1 cup milk PROCEDURE Cream butter sugar and eggyolks..sift flour with baking powder..add this butter mixture with alternate with milk divide butter into 3 to 4 batch and color each green,pink and orange..drop a spoonful into pan..bake for 30 mins in oven at 350 fahrenheit.

STANDARD BUTTER CAKE


1 cup butter or 1 cups sugar 4 eggs 3 cups cake flour 1 cup evap diluted or juice 2 tsp vanilla or any flavor 3 tsp baking powder tsp salt PROCEDURE 1.cream butter until soft enough to handle 2. add sugar gradually 3.add eggs one at a time 4. add dry ingredients alternating with liquid ingredients 5.transfer to slightly greased pan 6.bake 350 0F for 45mins

PANDESAL
4 cups flour 4 tbsp yeast-instant cups sugar 4 tbsp oil tsp salt 4 tbsp milk powder 2 -3 cups PROCEDURE Mix all ingredients,warm in oven for 30 mins,kneed well then make desired shapes.Let it stand for 15 mins in 350 fahrenheitpandesal rolled in bread crumbs. NOTE: In kneeding use flour for hand..any bread in kneeding use oil(hand)
