Online applications are invited from Indian Nationals for direct recruitment to the post of Assistant Central Intelligence Officer, Grade-II/Executive, General Central Service, Group-C (NonGazetted/Non-Ministerial) in the Intelligence Bureau, (Ministry of Home Affairs), Government of India. Applicants who fulfill the conditions of eligibility for the post as given in para 1 below are advised to go through all parameters under different paras and sub-paras mentioned below and satisfy themselves about their suitability in age limit, essential qualifications, etc for the post before applying. Candidates fulfilling eligibility criteria of the post, as mentioned below, may apply ON-LINE through website www.mha.nic.in. 1. DESCRIPTION OF POST Name of the post: Assistant Central Intelligence Officer, Grade-II/Executive. Classification: Group C, Non-gazetted/Non-Ministerial. HOW TO APPLY: (i) Applications should be submitted only through ON-LINE registration by logging on to the website www.mha.nic.in (ii) Applications will not be accepted through any other mode. Wrong information in any column may lead to the application getting rejected altogether. (iii) The format of On-line application form is divided into two parts viz. Part I relates to the personal, academic and other particulars of the candidate and Part-II relates to the payment modes. The candidate will have to fill up the Part-I of online application, and then has to select option for payment of fees, if any, in part II of the application form. Candidates are required to upload their photographs & signature at the time of registration itself. (iv) Candidates are advised to submit only one application. Submission of another/multiple applications may result in cancellation of his/her applications altogether. (v) The candidates are required to take the print out of the Registration Slip and keep it in safe custody and also note down their registration number and Roll Number (as and when allotted) separately for future reference. (vi) Candidates are required to possess an e-mail ID valid for 06 (Six) months which is to be entered in the application form at the time of ON-LINE registration so that admit cards for the written examination and interview call letters can be sent to the candidate. In addition to this the candidate must furnish one mobile number in the column provided in the application form to enable us to give SMS alert about the downloading of the admit card for written examination and interview. (vii) Applicants are advised to ensure that email addresses ending with @gmail.com are directed to their inbox and not to spam folder or any other folder. (viii) This office will not be responsible for bouncing of any e-mail or malfunctioning of the mobile phone number given by the candidate. (ix) Necessary information regarding written examination, downloading of admit cards and interview call letters will also be hosted on the website www.mha.nic.in from time to time. Therefore, the candidates are advised to visit the website of MHA from time to time. (x) Applicants are also advised to keep checking their email from time to time and particularly 2-3 days before the date of written examination for any updates. (xi) Applicants are NOT required to submit hard copy of their application forms. 6. EXAMINATION FEE: Rs. 100/(Rupees Hundred only). Only male candidates belonging to General and OBC category are required to pay the fee. All SC/ST and female candidates are exempted from payment of examination fee. 6.1 MODE OF PAYMENT: Applicants (who are required to pay the fee) can pay the fee by cash deposit (offline payment) at any branch of State Bank of India using the Challan form (available in part-II of the online application) or by using internet banking facility of State Bank of India or ATMcum-Debit card of State Bank of India only. PartII of the on-line application pertains to payment of fee, wherein the applicant can opt for mode of payment, viz., offline payment or online payment. 6.2 OFFLINE PAYMENT (Cash Deposit): In this option, the applicant will be required to take a printout of Challan form (wherein name of the applicant and his/her Registration number will be printed) and deposit the fee in cash in any branch of State Bank of India after a gap of one working day. A counterfoil of this Challan would be given back to the candidate by the bank, indicating the transaction ID, which may be retained by the candidates. 6.3 ONLINE PAYMENT (Internet Banking and ATM-Cum-Debit Card): The applicants having internet banking facility of State Bank of India or having ATM-cum-Debit card of State Bank of India can pay the fee online. Once the online payment option is selected by the applicant, he/she would be automatically guided to the website of State Bank of India and after paying the fee through a user friendly interface, he/she would be guided back to the registration form/website and a confirmation is immediately flashed regarding receipt of payment. 6.4 Those candidates who apply on the closing date and opt for Cash Payment can deposit the fees in any State Bank of India branch after a gap of one working day i.e, on 14.7.2013. However, for other modes of payment i.e., online payment through State Bank of India Internet Banking and State Bank of India ATM-cum-Debit Card, the last date for depositing the fees would be the closing date. 6.5 Fee once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances. NOTE 3: Those candidates depositing fees in cash mode should verify the status of their payment after 2 working days. For example, if the challan is printed on 15/7/2013, the fee can be deposited in cash on 17.07.2013 and the payment status could be checked on 20.07.2013. PRE FINAL YEAR COURSE COMMENCING FROM JULY 2015. JOINING INSTRUCTIONS WILL BE ISSUED FOR PRE-COMMISSIONING TRAINING SUBJECT TO APPEARING IN MERIT LIST, MEDICAL FITNESS AND AS PER VACANCIES NOTIFIED FOR THE SUBJECT COURSE. 6. MEDICAL EXAMINATION: A candidate recommended by the Service Selection Board will undergo a medical examination by a Board of Service Medical Officers. The proceedings of the Medical Board are confidential and will not be divulged to anyone. However, candidates declared unfit by the Special Medical Board (SMB) will be intimated by the President of the Medical Board the procedure for request for Appeal Medical Board (AMB). Unfit candidates should report for AMB within a maximum period of 42 days. Candidates are advised in their own interest to appear for AMB well in time and should not wait for the last date given by the SMB. TRAINING AND PROSPECTS: (a) Selected candidates for UES 24 Course will be detailed for training at Indian Military Academy, Dehradun according to their position in the final order of merit, discipline wise upto the number of vacancies available at the time. (b) Duration of training is one year. (c) Engineering graduates will be granted Short Service Commission (on Probation) and will be entitled to draw full pay and allowances admissible to Lt during training period. Pay and allowances will be paid after successful completion of training. (d) Candidates will neither be allowed to marry during the period of training nor will be allowed to live with parents guardians. Candidates must not marry untill they complete the full training at the Indian Military Academy. A candidate, who married subsequent to the date of his application though successful at the Service Selection Board interview or Medical Examination, will not be inducted for training. A candidate if he marries, while under training, shall be discharged and will be liable to refund all expenditure incurred on him by the government. (e) Training at IMA at Govt expanse. 9. Applications are invited from UNMARRIED male Engineering Degree students studying in Pre-Final Year (III year) in academic session 2013-14 for Grant of Permanent Commission in the Army. 2. VACANCIES - 60 Pre-Final Year (PFY) BE/ B.Tech (PFY) candidates of the following Engineering branch/ stream should apply.

Note: NO DEVIATION FROM ABOVE QUALIFICATIONS IS ACCEPTABLE. CLAIMS OF COURSE CONTENTS/SIMILAR STREAM WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. These vacancies are tentative and may be changed depending on availability of training slots. 3. CONDITIONS OF ELIGIBILITY: (a) Nationality: A candidate must be a citizen of India. The candidates who are unable to produce the Degree/Provisional Degree certificate at the time of joining the training will be inducted on Additional Bond Basis for recovery of the cost of training at IMA / OTA as notified from time to time as well as stipend and pay and allowances paid, in case they fail to produce the requisite Degree/ Provisional Degree Certificate within 12 weeks from the date of commencement of training. (d) Army HQ reserves the right to short list applications and to fix cut of percentage of marks for the SSB interview based on aggregate percentage marks scored by the candidates in the first two years of the engineering degree course. (e) PHYSICAL STANDARDS: Height & Weight: The minimum acceptable height and weight for men is 157.5 cms with correlated weight. In case of candidates belonging to the North East and hilly areas like Gorkhas, Nepalese, Assamese and Garhwalis, the height will be relaxed by 5 cms and weight commensurate with reduced height. In case of candidates from Lakshadweep, the minimum acceptable height can be reduced by 2cms. (ii) Visual Standards: The minimum acceptable visual acuity are: Distant vision (corrected) better eye 6/6, worse 6/18, Myopia of not more than minus 3.5 including Astigmation. Candidates who have undergone or have evidence for having undergone Radial Karatotomy to improve the visual acuity will be permanently rejected. Candidates who have undergone Lasik Surgery for Correction of reflective error are NOT acceptable. (iii) Permanent Body Tattoos: Permanent body tattoos are only permitted on inner face of forearm i.e, from inside of elbow to the wrist and on the reverse side of palm/back (dorsal) side of hand. Permanent body tattoos on any other part of the body are not acceptable and candidates will be barred f rom further selection. Tribes with tattoos mark on the face or body as per their existing custom and traditions will be permitted on a case to case basis. (iv) To be passed fit, a candidate must be in good physical and mental health free from any disability likely to interfere with the efficient performance of duty. (b) Preliminary selection of prospective candidates studying in the Pre-Final Year ( Engineering) will be made by selection team detailed by Command HQ for holding preliminary interviews at University / Collage. (c) Candidates are required to be under graduates during the selection process and must be gradutes at the time of commencement of the course. Candidates whose University examanation pattern does not permit applying for the UES are advised to apply for TGC/SSC (T) commencing at IMA Dehradun/ OTA Chennai in Jan/Apr and Jul/Oct every year. TGC/ SSC (T) courses are being notif ied in Employment News and other prominent Newspapers in April and Oct i.e. approximately nine months before commencement of TGC course at IMA Dehradun and 12 months before commencement SSC(T)course at OTA Chennai. The decision of DG Recruiting, Army HQ in the matter of shortlisting and forwarding of applications to Selection Centre for SSB interview will be final. (d) Duration of SSB interviews is five days excluding day of arrival. During their stay at SSB, candidates are put through Psychological Tests, Group Test and Interviews. (e) Candidates will be put through stage I of the selection process on the first day. Only successful candidates shall be retained for balance of the testing. Candidates who fail to qualify in stage I will be returned on the first day itself. Stage I are Pshychologically oriented tests including intelligence tests. (f) Candidats who qualify at the SSB and are found medically fit by a Medica Board will be placed in order of merit. The final selection will be made in the order upto the number of vacancies available at that time. (g) Pre-Final year candidates will be called in the year of their completion of Degree, subject to their being medically fit at that time depending on availability of vacancies and their position in the merit. Scheme (UES) while undergoing training at IMA, Dehradun are insured for Rs.40 lac w.e.f. 01 Apr 2011. Those who get medically boarded out of Academy on account of disability, the disability cover provided for 100% disability will be Rs. 20 lac which is proportionately reduced upto Rs. 4 lac for 20% disability. However, for less than 20% disability, only an ex gratia grant of Rs. 50,000/- will be paid. Disability due to alcohalism, drug addiction and due to the diseases of pre enrolment origin will not qualify for disability benefits and ex gratia grant. In addition, Gentleman cadet withdrawn on disciplinary ground, expelled as an undesirable or voluntarily leaving the Academy will also not be eligible for disablity benefits and ex gratia Grant. Subscription at the rate of Rs. 4,000/- will have to be paid in advance on monthly basis by the Gentleman cadets in receipt of stipend and will become members of the main Army Group Insurance Scheme as applicable to regular Army Officers. Gratuity will be granted to the officers as per the latest rules in force 15. Leave Entitlements. On Commission, officers are entitled to 60 days annual and 20 days causal leave every year (subject to service exigencies). They are also entitled for 40% rail concession to any place and free travel (as per extant rules) for self and family. Leave during training period will be as per the Training Policy in force. 16. Sports & Adventure. The Army provides facilities to pursue any sport of your liking. Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS); henceforth mentioned as KVS, an autonomous organization under the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India invites Online applications from Indian Citizens for recruitment to the Teaching and Miscellaneous Teaching posts for the years 2012-13 and 2013-14. I. EDUCATIONAL AND OTHER QUALIFICATIONS FOR POST CODE 11 TO 20. Essential: i) Two years integrated Post Graduate M.Sc Course of Regional College of Education of NCERT in the concerned subject or Master Degree from a recognized University with at least 50% marks in aggregate in the following subjects: -

i) B.Ed or equivalent degree from recognized University. iii) Proficiency in teaching in Hindi and English media. Desirable: Knowledge of Computer Applications. AGE RELAXATION: Relaxation in upper age limit will be as under: (a) No age bar in the case of employees of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan. (b) Upto a maximum of 5 years in the case of SC/ ST candidates. (c) Upto a maximum of 3 years in the case of OBC candidates. (d) Upto 5 years for persons who had ordinarily been domiciled in the State of Jammu and Kashmir during 01.01. 80 to 31.12.89. (e) Upto a maximum of 5 years for Government Servants. (f) Upto a maximum of 10 years in the case of SC/ST and 08 years in the case of OBC candidates serving as Govt, employees in accordance with the Govt, of India instructions. The application complete in all respects should reach the above post box on or before 12.09.2013. Indian Bank has been authorized to collect the application fee, in a specially opened Account No 935020934. Candidate has to approach the nearby Indian Bank branch on next or subsequent days of filling application form with a printout of the system generated "Bank Challan". Candidate who fill up application form on 28.08.2013 have to deposit application fee in the Indian Bank on the same day, i.e., on 28.08.2013 during banking hours. On receipt of the money, the concerned branch of Indian Bank will issue a unique Journal Number and a CBS Branch Code of the branch collecting the money. Indian Bank branch will retain Bank's copy of the challan and return back two copies to the candidate after filling in the unique Journal Number and a CBS Branch Code of the branch. Candidates are advised to keep with them the Candidate's Copy as a token of remittance of fee for future reference. Candidate can verify their Payment Receipt Status after 3 days of depositr of fees from the website. Once the fee is paid and confirmed on the website candidate has to take the print out of the Application Form containing the auto generated application number. Reservation: DEFINITION OF EX-SERVICEMEN (EXSM) - i. DEFINITION OF PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES - Under Section 33 of the Persons with Disabilities (Equal Opportunities, Protection of Rights and Full Participation) Act 1995 only such persons would be eligible for reservation who suffer from not less than 40% of relevant disability and are certified by a Medical Board appointed by the Central/State Govt. Accordingly, candidates with the following disabilities are eligible to apply:- Visually Impaired (VI): Blindness refers to condition where a person suffers from any of the following conditions namely (1) Total absence of sight, (ii) Visual acuity not exceeding 6/60 or 20/200 (snellen) in the better eye with correcting lenses. (iii) Limitation of the field of vision subtending in angle of 20 degrees or worse. Low vision means a person with impairment of visual functioning even after treatment or standard refractive correction but who uses or is potentially capable of using vision for the planning of execution of a task with appropriate assistive device. Deaf & Hearing Impaired (HI): The deaf are those persons in whom the sense of hearing is non- functional for ordinary purposes of life i.e. total loss of hearing in both ears. They do not hear; understand sounds at all even with amplified speech. Hearing impairment means loss of sixty decibels or more in the better ear in the conversational range of frequencies. Orthopedically Challenged (OC): Locomotor Disability means disability of bones, joints or muscles leading to substantial restriction of the movement of the limbs or any form of cerebral palsy. Cerebral Palsy means a group of non-progressive conditions of person characterized by abnormal motor control posture resulting from brain insult or injuries occurring in the pre-natal, peri-natal or infant period of development. All the cases of Orthopedically Challenged Persons would be covered under the category of Locomotor disability or cerebral palsy. Guidelines for Persons With Disabilities using a Scribe - The visually impaired candidates and candidates whose writing speed is affected by cerebral palsy can use their own scribe at their cost during the written examination. In all such cases where a scribe is used, the following rules will apply: * The candidate will have to arrange his own scribe at his/her own cost. * The academic qualification of the scribe should be one grade lower than the stipulated criteria. * The scribe should posses lesser marks than the candidates and not more than 60% marks in his/her own academic stream. * The scribe may be from any academic stream. * Both the candidates as well as scribes will have to give a suitable undertaking confirming that the scribe fulfills all the stipulated eligibility criteria for a scribe mentioned above. Further, in case it later transpires that he/she did not fulfill any laid down eligibility criteria or suppressed material facts the candidature of the applicant will stand cancelled, irrespective of the result of the written examination. * Those candidates who use a scribe shall be eligible for extra time of 20 minutes for every hour of the examination. 8. any material information while filling up the application form. At the time of written examination/ Interview, if a candidate is (or has been) found guilty of: i) Using unfair means during the examination or (ii) impersonating or procuring impersonation by any person or (iii) misbehaving in the examination hall or taking away the question booklet (or any part thereof)/answer sheet from the examination hall or (iv) resorting to any irregular or improper means in connection with his/her candidature for selection or (v) obtaining support for his/her candidature by any unfair means, such as candidate may, in addition to rendering himself/herself liable to criminal prosecution, be liable: a) To be disqualified from the examination for which he/she is a candidate. b) To be debarred, either permanently or for a specified period, from any examination or recruitment conducted by the Company. 14. Special Instructions for SC/ST/OBC: a. Certificate should contain the Non Creamy Layer Clause based on the Income for the financial year 31/03/2013 or later. 15.
