Bank Test Incomplete

Could banks pay out all deposits?  Even if all loan payments stopped?
These were the questions asked by the Treasury Department.

The "Stress Test" was incomplete because it does not take into
consideration the ramifications of fraud in contract law.

When fraud is involved in a contract it is void ab initio ­ void from
the beginning.  The offender is required to restore the defrauded party
to the point which they were before the contract was signed.  This means
the banking vultures must pay back all the payments made to the bank and
the borrower gets to keep the house.  This is the price they pay for
fraud.  Additionally the banks and their shareholders are responsible
for court costs and damages to the borrower and to the public at large.

I've heard that in the old days, if you wanted to publicly humiliate
someone you'd lock their neck and hands in a stockade in the middle of
town where passers by could humiliate them.  This might be a civil
response to the deeds of the bankers, judges, sheriffs, county
supervisors, district attorneys (of Racine County anyway), Congressman
Ryan among all "representatives" who are all hereby put on notice that
they are acting in conspiracy to commit fraud against the people.

The bankers and the "Priest Class" invented Communism and Socialism and
Capitalism to dance theatrical conflicts before us as part of Plato's
dialectic of "Thesis, anti­thesis, synthesis".  In other words, the
conflicts you hear everyone debating were designed to be conflicts that
occupy our minds, energy and which further divide and conqueror out soles.

Scrutinize what you hear from the Pulpit.  Religion is a powerful tool
for shaping a nation by the elites.  Just look at how it was used to
make the Religious Right dehumanize those who follow Islam.  Study what
Anarchy really means.  Anarchy is the absence of a leader, it is the way
of truth, where each one is sovereign to himself.
