Course Dress
Note: Hats/caps/headgear are not to be worn in any part of the Clubhouse (exception applies to religious headwear) Tailored shorts may be worn by men or women. Mens shorts are permitted to cover the knee, but no extend to calf length. Men with shorts must wear predominantly white socks only. Anklet socks are acceptable. Slacks must not be worn tucked into socks (unless plus 2s or plus 4s). Shirts, which have been designed for such purpose may be worn outside of trousers/shorts and must not hang below the hip or deemed to be inappropriate or untidy. A rule of thumb is 4 fingers below the belt. Golf shoes (fitted with non-metal spikes) must be worn on the course and practice grounds by all players. Metal spikes are not permitted. Members are at all times responsible for the attire of their guests. Guests must be informed of dress regulations in advance to avoid embarrassment. Overall, the Club expects that all patrons maintain a well groomed, tidy and neat appearance at all times and clothing should be clean, pressed, and without holes. THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS HAS EMPOWERED MANAGEMENT, STAFF AND COMMITTEE TO ENFORCE THE ABOVE DRESS REGULATIONS AND THEIR JUDGEMENT AS TO THE SUITABILTY OF ATTIRE IS TO BE CONSIDERED FINAL.
