Role: Manager Business Process Outsourcing Location: Dhaka Description A Manager Business Process Outsourcing will play a critically

important role in executing and auditing Outsourcing projects for Emerging Communications global clients. Manager will work as part of high-performing teams of 3-8 people on challenging assignments involving the processing of Complex strategic, management, marketing and technical information. Manager will report to a Senior Manager for their day-to-day project work. Responsibilities A part of the Project management team and oversees successful initiation, execution and completion given responsibilities for Global clients. Responsible for process implementation and ensure process compliance Managing project deliverables in line with the project plan Responsible for the training and mentoring of team members depending upon the project requirement. Responsible for work allocation, compilation and reporting of the project reports on timely basis. Undertake the Quality Control activity for the tasks performed by other team members on an ongoing basis Act as a subject matter expert and help the team members with day -to-day trouble shooting activities. Create error-free reports and other outputs according to tightly defined specifications Systematically audit other Associates/Senior Associates/Executives work (both within own team, and in other Outsourcing Teams) Identifies and provides standards for gathering information for use in trend analysis and reports information to company management. Responsible for the performance management of the team on an ongoing basis. Interact with client on a regular basis to understand the clients requirement for a particular project and ensure that the team meets or exceeds the targets in terms of quality, quantity within the scope of time constraints. Communicates effectively with internal clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions Continually seeks opportunities to increase internal client satisfaction and deepen client relationships.

Educational qualifications: A minimum of a Business MS/MBA degree from a wellknown institution. Candidates will have any one of the following qualifications from a reputed university: Candidate must have 3 to 5 years experience in the relevant field. Experience in managing teams in Strategic operations, Sales, Customer Service will be preferred. Key skill requirement Excellent written communication skills Working knowledge of basic computer applications, e.g. MS Word/ PowerPoint/ Excel, will be required. Core competencies for this role include: o Analytical capabilities, familiarity and comfort with Business Development. o Professional service mentality willing to go beyond the call of duty to satisfy their clients o Commitment to highest quality outputs, including obsessive attention to detail o Enthusiasm and pro-activity o Team collaborators, ability to be successful working in teams.
