EXECUTIVE SUMMARY Prince and Princess Cakes & Cafes will be specializing in visually attractive cakes. There has been a significant increase in demand for whimsical, overindulgent and visually stimulating cakes. Prince and Princess Cakes & Cafes will target special events such as weddings, birthdays, christenings, bachelorette parties and stork teas.

Prince and Princess Cakes & Cafes offers a wide range of specialty cakes. All the flavors will be available in cakes. The different flavors on offer are: vanilla, lemon, strawberry, chocolate, and cheese cake, cherry cream and blue berry.

Market size refers to the total potential purchase of the target market which includes purchase of competitor products within the same market. It is normally stated in term of unit or Ringgit Malaysia (RM) and it can be calculated daily, weekly, monthly and yearly. When we are alert the current and expected market potential, it will helps us to have better plan businesses, marketing and sales activities.

From the sources of statistic department, the populations people in Ipoh are around 30,000 peoples include the people who are studying and working in Ipoh area. Therefore, our target people that will buy cakes are 20,000 peoples.

Even though our company is still new in the market, it is important for us to use certain strategies that might attract our customers to buy our product. In order to make sure that everything runs smoothly.
