Sheriff's Ofce Announces Grand Jury Indictments and Arrests

On June 18th, ofcers with the Tishomingo County Sheriffs Department, Iuka Police Department, Burnsville Police Department, Corinth Police Department, Alcorn County Sheriffs Department and agents with the North Mississippi Narcotics Unit arrested several subjects indicted by a recent Tishomingo County Grand Jury. 1. Tammy Alexander, age 47 of Iuka. 2 counts of Sale of Hydrocodone. 2. Osborne Mitchell, age 54 of Iuka. 3 counts of Sale of a Controlled Substance and 1 count of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Sell. 3. Ricky Brown, age 52 of Iuka. Sale of a Controlled Substance. 4. Calieb Salas, age 22 of Iuka. Sale of Marijuana. 5. Eric Dilworth, age 41 of Iuka. Sale of Counterfeit Substance. 6. Lindsey Cole, age 28 of Iuka. Sale of a Controlled Substance. 7. Michael Chance Newcomb, age 19 of Iuka. 2 counts of Sale of Marijuana. 8. Francine Angel, age 47 of Iuka. 3 counts of Sale of a Controlled Substance. 9. Angela Pannell, age 51 of Tishomingo, 2 counts of Sale of a Controlled Substance. 10. Walker Mayhall, age 55 of Iuka, 2 counts of Sale of a Controlled Substance and 1 count of Sale of a Counterfeit Substance. 11. Stephanie Tidwell, age 36 of Selmer, TN. Sale of a Controlled Substance. 12. Cecil Dewayne Perry, age 57 of Burnsville, 3 counts of Sale of a Controlled Substance. 13. James Jim Counts, age 46 of Iuka. Sale of a Controlled Substance. 14. Steve Pitts, age 52 of Iuka. Sale of a Controlled Substance. 15. William Douglas, age 36 of Iuka. Grand Larceny.

The following subjects were also indicted by the Grand Jury and currently in custody or out on bond returnable for arrangement on June 24.

1. Karen Carter, age 33 of Shiloh, TN. 2 counts of Sale of Hydrocodone. 2. Richard Moonie Brewer, age 45 of Iuka. Conspiracy to Distribute Marijuana and Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Sell. 3. Chase Williams, age 27 of Iuka. Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute, Conspiracy to Distribute Marijuana and Grand Larceny. 4. Zack Stout, age 22 of Iuka, Grand Larceny. 5. Daniel Risner, age 29 of Iuka. Grand Larceny.

6. Alan Lee Parson, age 29 of Iuka. Grand Larceny. 7. Ryan Woodruff, age 28, formerly of Iuka. Sale of Controlled Substance. 8. Lionel Staton, age 28, formerly of Corinth and currently in MDOC Custody. 3 counts of Sale of Counterfeit Substance. 9. Lynette Garland, age 43, formerly of Iuka. Sale of a Controlled Substance. 10. Donte Mason, of Cherokee, AL. Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute. 11. Vickie Hamm, of Iuka. Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute. 12. Keith Letson, currently in custody at the Tishomingo County Jail. 3 counts of Sale of a Controlled Substance. 13. Anthony Helton, of Paden. Possession of Methamphetamine. 14. Ronald Young, of Iuka. Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute and Manufacture of Marijuana. 15. Donald Young, of Iuka. Manufacture of Marijuana. 16. Dalton Davis, MDOC Custody. Possession of a Controlled Substance in a Correctional Facility. 17. Tina Pannell, MDOC Custody. 3 counts of Sale of a Controlled Substance. 18. Skylar Bennett, MDOC Custody. Burglary and Rape. 19. Kevin Ceron Swinney, currently in custody at the Tishomingo County Jail. Armed Robbery and Aggravated Assault.

Tishomingo County Sheriff Glenn Whitlock wishes to thank to the assisting agencies and the concerned citizens that continue to provide the Sheriffs Department with valuable information pertaining to illegal activity. The Tishomingo County Sheriffs Department is still actively seeking additional subjects that were indicted by the Grand Jury. If the subjects are not arrested before arraignment day, they will be entered into a national data base as a wanted person.
