May 18, 2013 at Cucina Bambini. We made egg pasta with two types of sauces and lava cake. An evening of fun was had from cracking eggs to kneading dough... from chopping onions and tomatoes to cooking the marinara sauce... from melting butter and garlic in the saut pan to whisking the cheese till it melts evenly for the Alfredo sauce... from mixing the delightfully sweet mixture of chocolate goodies to spooning the decadent lava cake batter into the ramekins... A great show of team work, ladies and gents. The appetizers and Caesar salad were tasty! We laughed. We dined. And, we definitely had a fantastic time!
