BY ACCEPTING AND USING THESE MATERIALS, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO THE TERMS SET FORTH BELOW, AND WILL USE THESE HIDDEN TAX SALE CASH PROGRAM MATERIALS STRICTLY IN ACCORDANCE WITH SUCH TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS SET FORTH BELOW, PLEASE RETURN THESE MATERIALS FOR A FULL REFUND WITHIN THE TIME SPECIFIED AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE. All of the materials contained in this Hidden Tax Sale Cash Program (collectively, the Program Materials) are owned by Jack Bosch, Orbit Publishing, LLC, and Get In Line - Stay In Line, LLC (collectively, the Program Owner). You may use the Program Materials solely (i) to educate yourself on the topics contained herein and buy and/or sell Real Estate for your own account (together, the Permitted Uses). You may not do any of the following with the Program Materials:

disclose any of the Program Materials (including, without limitation, any of the concepts, strategies, techniques or systems contained therein) to any party outside of your immediate household (regardless of whether such disclose is oral, written or electronic); use any of the Program Materials (including, without limitation, any of the concepts, strategies, techniques or systems contained therein) for any educational or business purposes apart from the Permitted Uses (regardless of whether such non-Permitted Uses are for-profit or not-for-profit); or use any of the Program Materials (including, without limitation, any of the concepts, strategies, techniques or systems contained therein) to create, promote, market, sell, and/or distribute any similar or competitive program (including, without limitation, any written program, any live or taped seminar, any individual or group coaching program, or any program delivered through the Internet or other electronic medium).

You will be responsible for any and all damages resulting from, arising out of or in connection with, or related to your breach of any of the above terms. You further understand and agree that money damages would not be a sufficient remedy for any breach of the above terms and that the Program Owner will be entitled to equitable relief, including injunction and specific performance, as a remedy for any such breach or threatened breach, without any requirement to post bond or other security or to prove actual damage or harm. Such remedies will not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for a breach of the above terms, but will be in addition to all other remedies available at law or equity. These Terms of Use will be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to any conflicts of laws rules. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in Phoenix, Arizona for the purposes of any action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use. You hereby consent to such personal jurisdiction, agree that venue will lie in the state or federal courts within Phoenix, Arizona, waive any objection based on forum non conveniens, and waive any objection to venue of any action instituted hereunder. In the event of action or proceeding relating to these Terms of Use, if a court of competent jurisdiction determines that you have breached these Terms of Use, you will be liable and pay to the Program Owner the legal fees and expenses incurred by the Program Owner in connection with such action or proceeding, including any appeal therefrom.
