Is it possible to get a print out of the most common keyboard shortcuts for Excel 2011 on the mac? (copying from the website and pasting into one's own document results in a messy format.) Reply Like Follow Post May 7 at 12:27am Mac CPub Hi Ratna, To help preserve most of the formatting try copying and pasting each section individually. For example, expand the rst section "Working with le, applications, and tools". Select that section title and drag your mouse cursor down to the end of that table within that same section. Now copy and paste it into Word. I noticed that you'll need to scale the contents down in order for it to t it properly. To scale the contents in Word go to the "File" menu in Word, select "Page Setup..." then type in 50%, then press OK. That scaling selection should allow the contents to t properly within the Word document. Note, there are other methods for getting the contents to t, but this may be one of the easier approaches. Once you've copied that rst section, continue this same approach until you have all of the sections inserted into the Word document. Hope that helps! Reply Like May 7 at 10:12pm
