COURSE OBJECTIVES : his course is de Explain the requirements of ISO 14001:2004 in context of an audit. Describe the purpose of EMS and explain principles, processes and techniques for identification and assessment of EMS elements. Identification of Environmental Aspects and Impacts Assessment on Environmental Aspects and Impacts Explain documentation and implementation of EMS. Explain legislative framework relevant to EMS. Provide detailed knowledge of the auditing process including the role and responsibility of auditors and lead auditors. Achieve in depth knowledge about EMS implementation audit requirements through lectures, discussions, case studies, presentations and role plays etc. Methodology : Presentation, Case Studies & Role Plays. Venue: Venue shall be communicated after confirmation. Issue of Certificates: A certificate of successful completion of the course will be issued to those participants who satisfactorily complete the continuous assessment and written examination. However, participants who do not qualify either in continuous assessment or the written examination will be given certificate of attendance only. Such delegates can re-sit in any subsequent written examination within a period of 12 months from the date of this examination subject to condition that he/she has satisfactorily completed continuous assessment. A delegate failing in continuous assessment has to attend the complete course again. Number of Participants: The maximum number of participants permitted in each course is 10 only.
