An Influence Council is a task force comprised of customers and SAP solution manager (s) working collaboratively to a specific deadline to define, prioritize, validate, and/or shape a set of recommendations, requirements, or roadmaps for a specific solution or end-to-end business process. A successful Influence Council will build and maintain trust and between customers and SAP and establish clear participation and communication expectations for participants and leaders.
